Happy hour is the best! Very nice Bartender. Food and drinks at happy hour are good and keep reasonable prices. Good experience! We’ve been traveling for a week and we’ve been here twice already.

I’m so sad this place is closed. I came here for the 1st time in 2005. I think it was the very 1st bar I legally entered in the USA, and it sure was the 1st «Happy hour» this canadian Vancouveritte discovered. «CHEAPBEER?!?» Whhhhaaaat? I was practically in love with the bussboy, & would show up to drool over him, as well as watch the cool films shown over the bar. Sure there were definitely some creeps, but i loved the black opal, the happy hour snacks(I don’t think I can ever eat another Tater tot EVER) & the dancing, as well as the cool burlesque shows they showed there. When I think of Seattle, this springs to mind almost 1st, and it kills me its gone. Noc Noc, I will miss you.

I hear it’s closing soon so i wanted to get my review in. Perfect divey spot with cheap booze right in the heart of touristy Seattle where it is hard to find the happy hour pricing this place offers. Great people watching opportunity when it gets a little busier. The kind of place where the bartenders and regulars remember your name!

So sorry and sad to see this place go. I just recently discovered Sunday Industrial night… after Vogue closed, it was nice to find another place… and now what? FYI they are not going out of business. Amazon is not pushing them out. It’s the Elysian(they suck!). check out Noc Noc facebook and this article for more info Everyone there was always friendly and it was always fun to hit the happy hour before dancing the rest of the night. I never did stay long enough for afterhours but heard it was good. Love their tater-tots too! Def will try to hit it few more times before Aug 31 — that’s their last day! booohooooo

I frequent goth/industrials clubs in LA on a weekly(sometimes nightly) basis. It keeps the inner demons satiated. Imagine my surprise and delight when I found Noc Noc as a «highly recommended» spot in Downtown Seattle. Love the ambience — dance floor could be darker, but that’s just me — and I was digging the red light and the gargoyles. We were seated at one of the booths right across from the bar. Affordable drinks and lots of specials. Very reminiscent of the Medusa Lounge back home.( ) I hear this place will be closing soon. Please support them until that time — I’m very happy(in a morose, goth-kid way) that I was able to rack a tab and purchase a shirt when I was there. Long live Noc Noc.

On a recent trip home, a group of us ventured to Noc Noc on a Sunday evening. Definitely not a time I had ever been here when I lived in town! Back then, this was more of an after-Showbox, or after-after type of place. At one time, this place made the best bloody marys in town. I knew I was out too late when they opened the doors up to the long line outside that had formed because the bar would start serving alcohol again… the next morning. Who were those people, anyway, and where were they coming from? Thankfully those post-sunrise times were few. But I always loved coming here, and our Sunday evening happy hour a few weeks ago was even more awesome! $ 3 wells, $ 2PBR tallboys(they even had 40 oz PBRs which I’ve never seen — served in paper bags of course), $ 1 bottles of Highlife, $ 15 bottles of wine and champagne and some food specials(free tater tots with Unilocal check-in too!). Since HH runs from 3−8pm, it’s a great place to go after leaving a different, earlier HH nearby, which is what we did. A perfect nightcap — not crowded, interesting mix of music and very fun people watching at one of the more diverse haunts downtown. Alas, the Noc’s days are sadly numbered. Amazon just bought the building and they will be closing for good, and cleaning up this nefarious block I’m sure. I’m happy my friends bought me a t-shirt for old-times sake on our(unknowingly) last visit.

I have gone here a couple times in the past couple weeks, and i have some things to say. First the goods — These fine gents have a great selection of beer, they had Red stripe! a rarity. the atmosphere is intensely cool and the people(including the staff) were jolly. The interesting — Anyone notice the 6 foot tall demon statue on top of the bar, yeah that creeped me the hell out(in a good way) i have never seen anything like it before, and last the movies on Netflix they place are really off the wall, One was about a bunch of mexicans cutting each others heads off, an aging hipster struggling to fit in and a fat kid attempting to take over the planet.(all low budget, indie movies) The bad — I asked the«cook» if they make the food in house, he said no. unfortunate.

We wandered in late on a Monday night. We had a bunch of drinks for like $ 13 bucks and the 90’s throwback goth décor made me feel like I was in high school again(I’m dating myself, but I digress). The place is good fun, but it was empty the night we were there, so it was missing that atmosphere, that energy you need to really enjoy a club. There was a dj doing karaōke and it was painful to listen to her trying to recruit from the 5 people in the place so I got up and made a fool of myself, but I was on vacation in an empty bar, why not? Bonus, the ladies bathroom wasn’t what I’d call«nice», but it was clean and smelled decent, which I’ll take at a bar anytime. Fun, I’d give it a try again on my next trip to Seattle on a Friday or Saturday night.

Cheap drinks? Check. Long happy hour hours? Check. One of the best tasting tater tots around? Check. I’ll admit, the first time I stopped by the Noc Noc, I was a bit intimidated by its décor, but it has quickly become one of my fav spots to «pre-funk» after work. The bartenders are always friendly and their drinks stiff.

Wow…80’s night is awesome! My meetup group went for one of our members birthday’s and they totally took care of us and everyone had a great time. We had special seating in the back, champagne service and no cover charge. I rediscovered how much I love to dance. The music was great, the drinks were seriously strong, the Happy Hour has some great deals and pretty good bar food. Chunk, the doorman/bouncer was super nice and noticed how uncomfortable I was when a guy was hitting on me and not letting me go. Chunk came over to me and said he would keep an eye out for me! I thought that was super cool of him. The bartenders were really great and remembered me every time I went up to the bar. We even had a little strip tease from one of the guys cleaning up the tables! The crowd was great, very diverse in age, looks, style etc. What a great night out! I will definitely go back for the 80’s groove night!

The beau and I spent our whole Saturday evening here because of their happy hour! I wish I remembered the name of our bartender because he was superb. He was running the place and taking orders like it ain’t no thang. We got free tatertots from the Unilocal check-in and ordered crab puppies. They were both very good. The whole night I was drinking Cazadores and lemon/lime soda but he also added some triple sec to make it more of a «margarita,» all the while still charging me the well drink price — $ 3. We actually stayed until they opened up the dance floor, which was fairly empty but I can’t say whether it ever got crowded. At the end of our alcohol-infused evening, he gave us two water bottles«on the house.» Another bartender was able to hook us up by putting our names on the gueslist for Social. So off to Social we went. The only thing I disliked was that they only played Netflix movies here, no sports, no regular TV, no music videos. We spent our evening watching some-what interesting scary Christmas movies.

Don’t even take your time to come see this place, I wish Seattle had some great Goth clubs but all they have is places like this where it’s only Gothic one night out of the week, The food is bad the drinks are bad they have no idea how to make a drink that isn’t a beer, Oh and they sell 40s in a brown bag, how red neck is that? Once a month they have this artist thing I think it’s every 3ed monday DONTGO! unless you love fat ass woman taking everything they have off and calling it «art» all of the«acts» sucked badly, someones dadys didnt love them and they need to take there cloths off to show it I guess, but really if you are going to have girls get some good looking ones, not wannabe fat goth girls with bad dye jobs(I can see that every night at the mercury) They also need cleaner bathrooms, Better food and more Goth Nights. I am not going back anymore and telling as many people I can to do the same till they fix it up a TON.

Noc Noc is where you go for after hours in downtown Seattle… if you dare. I’ve never been here during any time other than between the hours of 2:00am and 4:00am. Definitely not a place I would frequent, but it definitely serves its purpose as a place to go for dancing or just hanging out with friends and there is always some good people watching as well. The location, especially at night, is not the most desirable as you are just as likely to see a drug deal go down as anything else within a two block radius. Like I said, if you are brave enough or in need of somewhere to go before you attempt to get home safely, this is an option, but I can’t go so far as to say its a really good option.

Noc Noc was one of those places I really wanted to love. I’ve never been to a club like this and I imagined walking into a glamorous vampire theme nightclub decorated with velvet. Unfortunately, the vibe wasn’t there and since we were there for a bachelorette party, we wanted something a little more happenin’. My expectations got the better of me and I should have read some reviews since Noc Noc is more known for a laid back /chill out type of lounge. They also never got back to me after I emailed them twice. I may however, come back for the Happy Hour specials. The prices seem extremely reasonable for downtown Seattle. Hopefully things pick up and this place draws a bigger crowd. If it doesn’t, I’d give this place another chance for a low key night out. #30DaysOfYelp 11⁄30

Still love the Noc Noc. Back before I even dreamed of living in Seattle I’d come here to get my Industrial Dance on, and Im happy to say their Sunday night Resurrection is still a solid choice for shaking your groove thing to darker tunes. 80’s night is always a win, even if I can’t quite sync up with the slower-than-id-like rhythms of those classic hits. Saint & Sinner burlesque is always a naughty fun evening. Just avoid Friday nights — top 40 «Now» hits with a more” Pioneer Square” styled crowd than i’d like to fraternize with. The happy hour deals are still banging here — $ 3 wells that are strong as hell, cheap beers(with a great clean tap for your Manny’s) and those giant platters of tater tots. Yum yum. Add on a fairly recent addition of «Spooky Karaōke» every other Monday night and you have a bar/dance club that holds a very solid place in my heart.

I did NOT expect this. My boyfriend and I were in Seattle sorta late and wanted to check out Noc Noc… I thought we would swing in for a drink and leave. We ended up staying a couple hours and I LOVED the music! We both even danced a little bit. Towards last call the place got kinda crazy, people all over, yelling, so we asked a couple next to us if we could share their booth. They welcomed us and told us to take a seat. Turns out it was the owner. SUPER nice guy! They bought us 2 or 3 drinks and we chatted for a bit. Over all this was a great night! We will be back!

THISMULTI-TASKEDVENUELEAVESMEBREATHLESS! SIT-REP(Situation Report) When visiting Seattle, the local peeps bring me to Noc Noc for a VARIETYOFFUN on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. And hella easy to find — Noc Noc is only one block over from the PIKEPLACEMARKET entrance. If I am in any of the downtown Hotels on a particular trip, I am within an easy ½ mile trek at most. THE«MENU» OFEVENTS!: SINNER-SAINT On Thursdays, there is an awesome event called«SINNERSAINTBURLESQUE»(I even took pictures!). It is a wonderful recreation of OLDVAUDEVILLE and BURLESQUE acts from back in the day. Different Thursdays I have enjoyed both very talented and different EMCEES and very talented and different LADIES with their Burlesque acts. The gentleman emcee has a truly wonderful singing voice and sense of humor. The lady emcee is a local comedienne and her ribald humor ALONE makes for a great-stand-up of a time! But there are also NAKEDLADIES(or nearly so anyways!) And their beauty is matched by their dancing and acting talents. Some act solo, some acts are in pairs or more. I wish Unilocal had the capability to post VIDEOCLIPS because I have some doozies!(SO look at my pics!) 80s DANCENIGHT Saturdays are more mainstream dancing fun. There USED to be an awesome Gothic-Industrical-EBM night on Saturday by DJ Sean and I really miss that format. Nonetheless, Saturdays still enjoy awesome night of Darkwave 80s and New Wave. I would compare it to the«New Wave City» room at a Death Guild night @ The DNA Lounge in San Francisco, or to the RETROROOM @ DASBUNKER in Los Angeles. Total dancing mania fun. RESURRECTION Sundays have the definite Gothic-Industrial-EBM beat going for it. The variety of music provided here reminds me of my home club in Sacramento: THEASYLUM, with a rich diversity of artists covering 30 years(at least) of cutting-edge music. And on Sundays, there is a truly amazing drink special as well: 25cent BEERS! Sure it’s just a plastic cup — but only 25cents? A platter full of these puppies for $ 2 and you’re set for the night! Every night they also have these amazing TATERTOTS. Don’t know why, but these puppies are TRULYTASTY!(Must be the hemp oil they are cooked in along with the Cocaine dust that are sprinkled on them! It’s SOMETHING!) THELOWDOWN If you are looking for a great place to chill, dance and unwind on a Thursday, Saturday or Sunday night, then Noc Noc is definitely a place for you to check out!
