Great place, never had any problems with delivery or in the restaurant. So glad they’re here! Consistent and great tasting pizza!

Prob my fav delivery pizza spot around. Not that Seattle is known for Great Pizza or anything, but I’d have to say Pags is quality. If you’re into specialty pies you’d like most of the Primo pies but grand salami, Pesto Primo or Rocket are my go-tos.

Came in here near the end of the day, which would explain why my Hawaiian pizza wasn’t quite fresh-baked, although still tasty. The breadsticks and sauce are great. This location is pretty nice inside. Probably will come back in the future.

Pagliaccis is the best. Delivery is always prompt, the quality is consistent, and every time I’ve called in my order — I’ve been very happy with the customer service. Their online ordering system is also very easy. I prefer their delivery to all other pizza delivery options in Seattle.

So damn tasty! A little on the expensive side but definitely really good for what you pay for!

Super variable. When you order you sometimes get good pizza, other times it is burnt or cold. I’ve had lots of toppings and also hardly any toppings. The new variable? Food poisoning. I’m done.

Had the Margherita pizza. Pretty average. The staff was upbeat and friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. Prices feel a bit steep for the quality of the pizzas but would still recommend it to those in the area. Very clean bathrooms also; if that matters to you.

What can I say that you don’t already know. Great pizza, good toppings, nice thin crust with just the right amount of chew. Love the Salumi Pepperoni pizza just the right amount of pep with a hint of sweetness. Most of the locations I’ve been to around the city have by the slice options. Workers are always friendly and want a good experience, last time I ordered online they ask what I thought about the process. Don’t overlook it just because it is ubiquitous with Seattle.

Out in the Magnolia area for my son’s rec league Basketball game tonight. Driving out of the area we drove by Pagliacci and saw the TV on the Seahawks game… Did the U turn and took the family in for dinner and watch the 2nd half of the game… I wasn’t that hungry so just ordered some bread sticks with Marinara sauce… Wife and kid ordered salad a few pizza’s by the slice. Sat down and a homeless drunk guy kept coming over to us and talking to us(and other patrons in the restaurant)… Pizza and Salad came right up within 5 minutes and my son and wife started eating. I went to the counter looking for my bread sticks and was told they would be ready in 2 minutes… 10 minutes later I went up again and asked for the bread sticks… The staff looked at each other and then started asking each other what happened to the bread sticks… No one ever told me what happened to my bread sticks and after standing at the counter for about 2 minutes waiting for someone to tell me what happened, I just went and sat down… 20 minutes later still no bread sticks and my wife and son had finished their meal… Stayed and watched about 5 minutes of drama as they kicked the drunk homeless guy out… After 10 more minutes and with the Seahawks in control of the game there was no use staying and obliviously I was not going to get my dinner, so we just walked out… The staff all said have a nice evening as if nothing was wrong… I didn’t make a stink — didn’t say anything else… They just lost my business forever… Never again… Not any Pagliacci any place… any Time… Not recommending… In fact will discourage people from ordering…

I still love them but have since gone gluten free. Please Pagliacci, come up with a delicious gluten free crust and you will have a customer for life!

The Dravus location is great. Love the renovations. The service is very good. A good spot for those of us who live in magnolia. Also this place sales slices. Massive plus.

I love their AGOG pizza! I’ve never had a bad pizza from this location. They are always friendly on the phone when I call my order it. However, their salads are meh, and I would love if they carried a baby field greens type salad. I wish I had the option to order online as I hate placing orders over the phone(they would get five stars if they did) but I also like supporting local businesses and that is job security for someone.

I really, really wanted to fall in love with Pagliacci. When I ate a slice of the AGOG at the Queen Anne location I thought it was pretty delicious, but still didn’t think it was the best pizza ever. Beer please. Since then, I’ve thrice ordered from the Dravus location trying a different pie every time, as if my desperation to love their pizza is a sauce and crust crazed courting ritual sprinkled with mozzarella. I’m sorry to say, but at this point, I’m barely in like with Pagliacci and I need to start a new courtship with another pizza joint, because I get it, Pag’s just not that into me. I was super excited to try the seasonal pear gorgonzola pizza, because fall and yum! I ordered it and it came slightly luke-warm and there were about 6 small chunks of gorgonzola on it. I felt like it was missing something – that je né sais quoi, if you will. Strike 1. I ordered the Brooklyn bridge. Despite it being chock full of delicious meaty goodness, my boyfriend said it was very one-noted and«blah». Someone missed the bus to flavor town and was left standing at the bus stop in Blandville. Last and least, I ordered the tomato gorgonzola. It was okay, but again, it was delivered cold and the tomatoes were mushy chunks scattered haphazardly all over the pie. I was expecting nice, easy to eat, fresh tomato slices. Finally, I have to say, I love the customer service. When I call to order, they are so patient and nice. My delivery guy actually comes to my apartment side door when every other delivery person waits at the bottom of the hill. The people who work here seem like really great people. That’s why this pre-relationship break-up is so hard.

First the good, their pizza is decent when not burnt to a blackened crisp. Now here’s the problem, it’s overpriced, inconsistent, and usually burnt. I finally called after they kept delivering pizzas that appeared to be blow torched. They«put a note» on our account that we don’t want our pizza burnt. Seriously. And consistently the clowns on the phone snicker during our order and ask if we still want an under baked/non burnt pizza. Yes, pagliacci, you got me, jokes on us. You«noted» our account that we’re a high maintenance customer that prefers you not to burn the sh*t out of our $ 40.00 pizza. It’s so funny that you took it to the extreme and you’ve even delivered the pizza nearly raw a few times. Hilarious. Really, guys? You need to note an account that the customer doesn’t want to eat black charred pizza that looks and tastes like it’s been put through an incinerator? Pag, your attitude sucks and so does your crappy pizza.

Love ordering from this place. They address me by name(caller ID) and remember which location I last ordered from for pick up. Pizza quality is always consistent and delicious. Try the Brooklyn Bridge, my favorite!

This review is for their customer service. Ordered a large pizza and small salad last night. They said it’d be delivered in 30 – 35 minutes. 40 minutes later, I got a call from the local pizza distribution center apologizing for the delay and saying that the pizza was about to go out the door right then, but asking if I’d like a complimentary gelato due to the tardiness of the delivery. «Sure,» I thought, «why not. Ok, bring me some gelato for the delay.» I must’ve been the second stop on that particular delivery, as I live no more than a 5 minute drive from the place, and they were more than 5 minutes… maybe more like 15 – 20. Anyway, the delivery driver gets there, and says, «ok, sorry I’m late, how about I give you a discount on this pizza.» I’m like, «ok, sure.» So she cuts it by $ 5, and says, «ok, here’s your large pizza and small salad,» to which I replied… «and gelato?» She says, «what? dang, thats why the last guy looked surprised when I gave him gelato.» So then she cuts another $ 5 off the price, AND goes back and delivers the gelato. I must say that this is the first time Pagliacci has been late, so I hadn’t experienced that particular type of customer service from them, but yeah, they cut my cost by $ 10 and delivered gelato after the fact. I was impressed. Thanks Pagliacci!

500 gets 2??? If this is the«best pizza in Seattle», people need to get out more. Came here after an intense workout and if I would have written this after my meal, I would have given this place 5 stars. Now that my hunger is in check and blood isn’t rushing to my head, I can write a more realistic review. We were looking for small pizzas for each of us. The small size of the pizzas we wanted started at $ 17. Seventeen bucks for a gold-plated pizza! Instead, we I got really cheap on the spot and told the bf that we were ordering a large of whatever he wanted. The reason that we were going to order 2 little pizzas is because the bf is lactose intolerant and he can’t enjoy the orgasmic delights of cheese. Seattle strikes me as a health-crazed city, so I was a bit shocked to find out that this place didn’t have any alternative options for cheese and when I suggested that to the cashier, she looked like she could give a shit. We ended up getting a large pizza with goat cheese, bell peppers, and pesto sauce. I also ordered the Pagliacci house salad which I found awesomely delicious. Our pizza, on the other hand, was blah with a stale-feeling crust even though I know it was baked right there. I’m still behind Chicago for the best pizza. I mean shit, even Cali has bomb za. This stuff costs a lot, however, one might find interesting topping combos on their menu. That’s my nice thing to say to conclude this review. The end.

This Pagliacci Pizza location is not the best to order from because the last time my boyfriend ordered from them, the bottom of the pizza was BURNT to shit. Pure black crust, totally inedible.(See pics). Pagliacci is some of the most expensive you can get delivered in Seattle, for over $ 40 bucks get delivered burnt pizza is really disappointing, plus my boyfriend tips heavy. The other night we ordered from the again, hoping the pizza would be better. We decided on pizza, pasta, and salad. The pizza was ok. We got the Fresh Veggie, I liked that they added the tomatoes after they baked the pizza, and it all tasted really fresh. The salad was good, not overly dressed and a good size for 2 people, possibly 3. We got the large. The pasta was terrible. It was the Nonna’s Pasta, which is tubular pasta with pizza sauce and some cheese. Really disappointing and it was tiny for the $ 9 price! We both agreed we wouldn’t order that pasta again.
