I’m one of those people who really hates to work out. And working with a trainer helps, but only if they keep me amused with variety and an aware way of being. Kim is delightful. She created personalized workout routines based on her keen evaluation of where I was and what routines work for me. And she keeps them fresh — creating new routines regularly. Almost magically, my body responded. I highly recommend Kim for anyone who wants a mature, aware trainer who cares pays attention to what is needed.
