My husband and I both bought a car this weekend from Igor. Extremely helpful and made our experience great. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. We will be back for any future purchases and recommend them to our friends.

I have taken my 2013 Focus here for service twice now. Greg Karras offers the best customer service, from the moment I walk into his office until I drive away in my car. So far, the service dept. has done a decent job on my car, giving me an overview of what’s going on with it from time to time.

Worst service dept. ever! Took my expensive vehicle in for engine noise and about $ 2,000 later the noise was worse. They said, drive it for a while and see if it gets better. It did not and I took it back again. They told me, oh, you need a whole new engine but you are now just over your warranty so you will have to pay for it. $ 8,000 later and Ford would not stand behind their engine and replace it or even pay for a portion of it. Needless to say, I have never gone back and will never own a Ford again!

Went there after seeing a flyer in the Seattle Times ford escape 5000 $ off msrp rebate What a lie. Also every car has a second higer sticker, much higher. When I pointed it out to the salesman he rolled his eyes and just ripped it off. Negotiations where a NIGHTMARE. Will not return

Update– they’re doing unauthorized credit tests to try to switch me into a more expensive car. So far they’ve run my credit 12 times without my consent. Buying a car from here is the worst consumer experience I’ve ever had. I have reported them to the better business bureau and the federal trade commission and am still waiting for the dealership to do a basic tire and key replacement. Absolutely insane.
Second update– Luk’s response does not address the unauthorized credit checks they ran after trying to coax me into a more expensive car after I already bought a car. This is illegal and was reported to the FTC. Their customer service manager didn’t respond to any of my emails after two weeks. The salesman went AWOL. I called their «other» customer service manager back when she called me at work and never heard from her after that. The lack of accountability after the absolutely terrible fidelity of the dealership is pathetic, including the Unilocal response you just gave. #GetJesse

I have nothing but excellent things to say about the team at Bill Pierre Ford. They helped me with a difficult leasing/​selling situation and then when I had to reverse the deal they once again went above and beyond to help me figure it out. Thanks to the entire team but especially David (Frank), Joe and George. If you need great customer service with compassion towards complicated financial needs this is where you should go to purchase a vehicle!

Sat down with Matt. Already knew this was going to turn out bad because when I first walked into the dealership I overheard him berating one of the sales reps. Apparently this dealership welcomes people by dropping F bombs for customers. The service I received from the sales manager Matt was rude and unprofessional.

The Service Dept at Bill Pierre (mostly Bill Mitchell) is outstanding. Every time I’ve called they have got me right in and my truck taken care of without any hassle. I trust their recommendations and will continue to bring my vehicle to them before I go anywhere else. I wish buying a car was as easy as getting it fixed was.

I have my car serviced here. It is easy to make an appointment online. They follow up and give me a reminder by calling me. They do a nice job!

This is the second time I’ve purchased a car from them this year and couldn’t be happier! I got a great deal, great service (my finance manager and salesperson were awesome!). Couldn’t be happier, and I plan on going back again to get more cars for our company!

I really like my 2001 Ford F-​150. It may be the best 4-​wheel vehicle I have ever owned. It is approaching 200,000 miles and is running near perfectly, thanks to Greg Karras and the rest of the folks at Ford Pierre Service Center. My oil changes and other routine service is done while I wait. Greg lets me know how things are going from time to time. This last time they restored the headlights in addition to the regular oil and filter change and checkup. Greg told me my front brakes are down to 40%, but that is still OK. I’ll probably get them changed next time in. I’d like a new F-​150, but the front ends are now so butt-​ugly, and my current truck is running perfectly, so I’ll just keep running it. A Mustang would be nice, but my wife doesn’t like the low seating position. Whatever new vehicle I get, it will have to be a Ford, so I can keep taking it to Pierre for service. It’s that good.

Great Service.
I did not have to wait past my appointment time for my car to be taken in (unlike Bowen Scarf in Kent). They actually changed the oil filter as well as the oil (something you really need to watch out for these days). Staff gave me updates on when the service would be completed (e.g. «your car will be ready in 15 minutes»).

Drove 45 mins to view one of their used vehicles to find out they had already sold it… a little heads up would have been nice before I make that drive. Not accommodating at all for they had us waiting around for half hour outside in the cold as they scrambled to find a vehicle to sell to us. They ended up showing us a similar vehicle with a «clean» record that had part of its bumper sticking out (don’t worry, we pushed it back in for you). A lot of ways they could have made good out of a bad situation if they had some level of professionalism, but they treated us like we were some jokes trying to waste THEIR time. Maybe they already met their sales quota that they just gave zero cares.
I came ready to buy a vehicle (not even necessarily the vehicle I inquired about that you already sold), but unfortunately you lost my business to another dealership that actually treated us like serious customers.

Who doesn’t love puppies, ice cream and a new car!
I recently purchased a 2011 Mazda CX seven with George at Bill Pierre ford. Well it wasn’t brand-​new it definitely looked and smelled new, they did a great job getting it ready for sale.
As a woman I would absolutely recommend working with any of the Pierre dealerships. (But ladies do yourself a favor & do your homework, know your budget, have an idea of what you are looking for & be informed on fair market value of what you’re looking for, also ask for what you want)!
I am so pleased with all facets the service I received, from Brandon with the financing process, to George helping me find the right vehicle for my finicky taste, and Jason in management ensuring I was happy with the vehicle.
5 stars… Happy Customer… still a bad driver (not their fault).

Went looking for a pre-​owned Civic. The salesman was a nice guy, found one EX-​L/​2012. Asked him prior to test driving of our had been in am accident. Told me they don’t get cars in their lot that’s had one.
Guess what, after test drive, when he brings out a car fax, it had been in an accident. I just walked away.
Would have saved me time if I was told when I asked him the first time.
If there are things a customer is particular about guys, listen and ensure before you waste their time.

I bought my mustang gt the day before mommies day. The sales guy Kellly was awesome! We got there 5 min. Before they closed, Kelly ran in got the keys and we took it for a test drive. Car was awesome! It took about an hour and a half for the paperwork to get done and we drove off the lot. Called the next day, because the locks wouldn’t lock on the doors. Made an appt. With the service department. Bill pierre gave me a loaner and the fixed the locks the next day. Also had an issue with the cd player (not covered under warranty) they are replacing that for free! All around a great experience thanks to Kelly, our finance guy on the night we bought it, Brandon for getting me a new stereo and Jodi Simmons for making it happen :-)

I understand how used car salesmen get a bad rap. I have fallen prey to this type in the past. This is not the case here, I recently purchased a 2011 Ford F-​150 lariat.
I was trading in a 2013 Ford Fusion that I purchased in Oct of 2014. I was upside down in this car from a previous vehicle due to the amount of miles I racked up for my work.
Aldo «the sales man» and mark «the manager» worked with me to be able to get into this vehicle. They essentially gave me what I originally paid for this vehicle.
These guys gave me a fair deal, I will be coming back when my wife wants to upgrade her vehicle.

As for the 1 star rating from Van, the bar is set pretty low when it comes to car dealerships. When a sales team goes above and beyond what you typically expect. It deserves commending, and yes even name dropping.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a new Ford Escape at Bill Pierre. We primarily dealt with Brian, Matt, and Ted… all stand up guys who really worked extra hard to get us the deal we wanted.
We really enjoyed working with Brian who actually took interest in us as people, asked great questions about our needs, and shared some of his own background and experiences (it was especially great to bond over our shared love for creole cuisine with a fellow Southerner). These kinds of personal touches went a long way to help build trust.
Matt was great at explaining the vehicle’s many bells n’ whistles and answered all our questions at the time of vehicle pickup.
I also want to commend their manager, Ted, who fought hard to make us happy on the deal and didn’t pressure us. Ted actually encouraged us to compare their deal with other area dealerships (which we did) and theirs was indeed the best by far.
If you’re looking for a car in the Seattle area, I highly recommend coming here.

I’d have to agree that this isn’t the place to go. Was trying to replace a new vehicle that was totaled. They had the identical vehicle at the lowest advertised price around. Told the salesman I’d come over between 11 and 11:30 on a Thursday. First thing he says when I get there is, ‘another salesman has someone coming over at 11:30 to check the car out. A lie for sure to add some pressure.
The salesman had b.o. while we went for the test ride. The car had a lot of miles on it to be ‘new’, was scratched and hadn’t been washed in a while. It was very dirty, especially in the wheel wells.
We went to negotiate (I guess the 11:30 appointment didn’t show up.) I said the car has more miles than ‘new’, was scratched and was filthy. I offered $ 500 less than the list price. Salesman came out and simply said ‘no’.
I left.
For this dealership, I’d suggest having your staff bath and wash their clothes. Perhaps some deodorant also. Be willing to negotiate when you try to sell a car as ‘new’ when it has ‘lot rot’.
Ended up buying the same car after a drive to Marysville Ford where the staff was professional and fair. Nobody smelled bad, either.
(The sales staff continues to leave me voicemails 2 months later. I’ve asked them to stop, but have been unsuccessful so far.)
