Pizza Hut

Just got my pizza. Instead of jalapeño slices, I got pineapple slices. The only people who like pineapple on their pizza are ISIS and child rapists. Last time I checked, I’m neither.

Worst pizza hut, «manager» Richard is a joke and doesn’t understand what customer service is. Quoted an hour for delivery, over an hour later and still waiting. Not expecting this pizza to ever come. Unless the delivery guy got that lost, this was very disappointing. Do not recommend going to this Pizza Hut location ever. Can hardly get someone on the phone.

Pretty upset with this pizza hut. This is def. Not the 1^st time but it’s convenient so I decided to order from this location again just to get disappointed. So when I open my box dinner everything was fine until I take a look at my pizza. All the toppings were different from what I ordered. I decided ok, I won’t make a big deal, maybe they’re busy and just got it incorrect. Well, as I’m about to eat my food, tell me why I found more than one piece of hair in my food. I was totally disgusted. Had to call and tell them what was wrong, another pizza should be on the way but now I have to wait another 45 mins until I get a new one. Hmmmm. but the delivery boy was awesome. I hope the tip I gave goes to him since he’s the only thing good that came along with my order. He was very polite, delivered my food on time. Told us to have a good night and enjoy our food. Hopefully the same kid will deliver this time around.

The woman on the phone was a complete idiot. I called to order two pizzas and two orders of wings. It took her 15 minutes to take an order and she ended up hanging up on me. Terrible customer service.

ZERO stars if possible. placed order online and was given estimated delivery time. an hour past the delivery time arrives. i call, asking where my pizza is. manager says the driver is on the way. i insist she call him and add him to the line. she does. he says he delivered the pizza an hour ago. i tell him i have received no pizza. he literally argues with me that i opened the door, took the pizza and signed for it. i explain to him that i received no pizza. the manager says to me, «but he said he delivered the pizza!»
with my blood boiling and in a furious rage, i yell «TO THE WRONG HOUSE!»
«oh,» she responded.
funny thing is, i shouldve seen this coming. when i ordered from the same location recently, the driver called me incredibly annoyed, saying «ive been knocking on your door — why havent you come to the door??» i ask him to read aloud the address of the house
you guessed it: WRONG HOUSE
avoid this place, unless youre in the mood to surprise a stranger with pizza, or play marco polo with the driver

Pizza is great but that’s the 3^rd time I didn’t get the complete order and yet ended up paying for all of it.
Ps: there was no way of getting ahold of anybody to possibly correct my order as nobody answered and the mailbox was full.
Bummer doing business with this location.

It’s a pizza place staffed by minimum wage workers making frozen pizza. What do you want? 75−80% accuracy rate in my experience, delivery times are generally too long, but it’s Pizza Hut. Get over it.

I ordered online this time, when my order finally arrived to my house the delivery guy had trouble getting in so he called my cell and was super rude… hung up on my face when I told him instructions on how to get into my house instead of going downstairs to get the order from him. When he finally arrived upstairs and knocked on my door, he didn’t say a word. He just handed the receipt for me to sign. When I gave it back to him he threw the receipt in my face and basically threw the order at me. Avoid this place at all cost… horrible customer service.

I was quoted that my order will be delivered in an 1 hr and 15 min… at 6:38pm. I called at 6:40pm to check the status of the pizza and they told me that the driver has already left and is on the way and should arrive in a few minutes. The pizza hut location is literally a 3 min drive away from where I’m at, so I believed him. I patiently waited for an additional 20 min. Still no pizza. I called again and received a different person on the phone, and she said the same thing…“they just left and they’ll be there in a few minutes”. I guess your employees are trained to use that quote to lie to customers. Well, I was tired of being lied to and too annoyed to even eat, so I cancelled my order. I will never order from your company again.

I order a pizza to be ready at 5pm. I suspect but can’t prove that it was cooked much earlier. Then I go to pick it up and it was not correct I ordered online asked for drizzle on the SIDE. No big deal I expected this to get missed. I have been here before. The topper was the rude cashier!!! I made her aware of mistake and she said u know u have to ask for stuff like that. Politely I explained I did she rolled her eyes and says we don’t do that. I said OK no problem the Pizza Hit on Rainier does it but no problem. then she makes a stupid face rings me up hands me my change and walks away without a word I was still speaking to her when she walked away… RUDE. Not going back

Order was on time and perfectly cooked as per our instructions.
We sometimes have lazy weekends and order the wings and pizza. The delivery is always fast and the food is always hot and good. They have never disappointed us.

I’m a very understand person when it comes to delivery. Aside from the annoyance of using ones resource (gas) to provide someone’s dinner or hell, party food, the lack of compensation for said gas. BUT when I’m told that my order will take 50 minutes, when it arrives, the chocolate cookie pizza thing you hear on their recording while you wait on hold for only «$ 5.99» comes in the order and its baked so hard like a rock even soaking the slices in Milk is out of the option. I literally am so sick of these franchised pizza places that are not quality controlled!!! I am NOT ordering from these places ever again!!! Frozen pizza cooked in my oven is better anyways!!!

Order promised at 10pm came at 10pm. The only dissatisfaction I’ve had with this location has been when I’ve done carryout. But the delivery is legit.

I have never had service this bad! The driver brought the wrong pizza, no big deal, people make mistakes. We gave him the pizza back and he said he would bring the right one. I called the restaurant and they also said they would bring it. We waited. I called and was told the new pizza had left. I waited and waited. I called a third time and was passed from person to person, none of which was professional at all. I was put on hold for 10 minutes for the manager, who never came to the phone. By this time it’s too late to feed my family pizza so I asked for a refund. Wonder if I will ever get it!

Great service and the driver always on time when they delivery to my house.

was told 5 – 10 minutes for a carry out… didn’t believe them so waited. got there about 10 minutes after. was told just 5 more minutes… then after 7 minutes told a other 5 more minutes… stiiiiiiill waiiiiiting… the guy up front is taking order on the phone but no one is helping him handing out orders… oh yea… still waiting. As I’m waiting all I hear is employees in the back yelling «oh shit» and «what the fuuuuck!!!» Yea… what the fuck where is my food… yeap stiiiiiillllll waiting. oh and as I’m writing this the front guy hung up the phone with an order and yelled I’m beefin’ person is hella slow on the phone… nice talking shit about the customers paying for the food. oh yea aaaannnnd stiiiiiillllll waiting…*editing review* so after waiting for almost 30 minutes this wanna be gangster guy comes out and i tell him we’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. and he apologizes and says we got $ 5 off next order and a free pizza… great…then he goes in the back not knowing how loud he is speaking and starts mocking me and talking shit about me. GREAT STAFF… can’t wait to see this location get shut down.

I have used them several times and 2 out of 5 times they make a mistake with the order, usually involving not putting on the toppings requested. I wrote a customer complaint and their corporate office sent me two free pizza coupons. When I tried to use it the surly woman whose first language is not English on the phone put me on hold for 10 minutes, sounded grumpy about it, and told me delivery was not included. All around they are very ungracious and sound like overworked angry new immigrants who hate their jobs and their customers.

The delivery guy called me telling he was lost. He read the address to me correctly so it was not our fault for giving the correct address. He somehow managed to miss our house completely and ended up in Chinatown. We forgave him, my girlfriend and I were not in a rush to eat and the pizza was still nice and hot so there was no reason for us to get mad. He apologized profusely before handing us the food. He gave us extra sauce, which was great. Pizza and bread sticks were pretty good. Overall, pretty decent delivery pizza from this place.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have ordered delivery from here multiple times (more than 10) and never will again. The quick summary is the driver called, couldn’t find my house, hung up on me, the store claimed he was still on his way and when i called back after 1.5 hours said they had voided my order and do not deliver to this location. After this and reading reviews about hair in the food, poor service and ridiculous wait times, I’ll pass in the future.
Detailed version: I placed my order through the website as I always do. 30 minutes later I received a call from the driver who couldn’t find the house and spoke poor English which made communication impossible. He then hung up on me, which was ISSUE 1. I called the store, they said he had the address wrong — odd because I entered it online and the store had it right (ISSUE 2). The store said he was on his way and then tried to call the driver but he would not answer his phone (ISSUE 3). Finally, an hour after the expected delivery time I call the store only to be informed that they cancelled my order without letting me know (ISSUE 4) and that they don’t deliver to this location despite the fact that I order from them regularly (ISSUE 5)

Look– I realize we’re talking Pizza Hut here, but this pizza is actually pretty good — when you factor in the price and convenience, it’s 4 stars for me.
My daughter is CRAZY about ‘crust in the cheese’ as she calls it– and this is the only place to get it. A one topping cheese crust pie is $ 11 with the seemilingly perpetual special, and I actually really like ordering online so I can mess with the toppings and see what the price is when I have a minute– you can actually place the order for a future time and/​or save it as your favorite order. The hubby gets the thin crust pizza — usually the veggie and I like to do a chicken, bacon and pineapple on the thin crust. The Pizza Mia — if they’re still doing that one– is also pretty fresh tasting, and a bit of a healthier choice but I don’t come for healthy here myself. Still, skip the pan pizza, there’s no pan, just more crust.
The pasta is alright– nothing to write home about– but with the coupons, it’s cheap enough to offer as a viable an option for take out dinner for the fam. I’ve had them all and think that the lasagna is the best of the three. On Tuesdays, you can get 2 pans of pasta with breadsticks for $ 10.
Like that deal, they have a million coupons for pizza plus sides, pasta and wings so don’t pay the menu price if you can help it. Go ahead and sign up online for them, they’ll be there when you log in to order.
Wings are okay too, I personally like the boneless ones with the Spicy Asian sauce.
The staff have been consistently helpful and friendly, my pizza has been ready when promised and since they don’t deliver to my neck of the woods, I pick up on my way home for a happy little one.
4 stars for a Pizza hut? I know, I know, but come on, it’s pretty good.
