This is by far, the BEST commercial HVAC/​plumbing contractor and maintenance company out there! You will NOT find a better company that has the attention to detail, customer service, attention to detail, follow through, oh, did I mention, attention to detail, and AMAZING work!
I have been a customer of PSF Mechanical for going on 10 years now and will NOT work with any other company out there. PSF Mechanical has saved my company THOUSANDS of dollars in costly mistakes due to other «inadequate» (who shall not be named) vendors out there who supposedly «fixed» or completed their monthly/​quarterly/​annual inspections. But yet, call PSF Mechanical one time, and amazing what they found and were able to fix and make our properties more energy efficient and run more smoothly all the way around. Which as we all know in real estate, makes for happy tenants, and therefore happy customers! :-)

Great commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor. Highly recommended. One reviewer appeared to look for companies to cast negative results on. This is an old solid organization. We need more PSFS in the Seattle area.

I tried three times to contact this company to warn them about one of their drivers that was driving very dangerously. I observed him driving at speeds of 50 mph in residential zones, swerving in and out of lanes and cutting off traffic.
