Jamil is a Professional Service Representative, and emphasize the word PROFESSIONAL. Had to buy a new modem for business purposes. My transaction took 5 minutes. I was able to bill the purchase to my account; pretty convenient. However, the jackass before me had this whole song and dance about how he couldn’t get on his cell phone. Debating which service he should get, which phone service he thinks he needs, almost as if he had never been to a mall before. Why am I pissed? Cause the clown took 30 minutes to buy nothing.

Wow a «First» on my first day. I went here last week when I decided to try cable again. They were very friendly! It’s nice seeing a Qwest employee in person. Why people order their service over the phone I have no idea! I like to be able to hold someone accountable. I can never seem to find«blank» again when I call back. I’ve had my fair share of issues with every service provider but, Mike was very good about keeping my bill down to a manageable amount, and was more than willing to discuss options for me. I was not able to get DirectTV but he helped me get the credit back for the MotoQ I had shipped out almost 2 weeks ago. I’ve never had service like this before from a phone company, and recommend them! That’s all I can say!
