I was an apartment manager and when I had to turn a unit (clean, paint, repair, re-​rent), I always called Mario at Restore One carpets.
It was astonishing to see the before and after difference. He could get rid of bleach stains by dyeing the area back to match the rest of the carpet. He could cut out and replace bad areas like the time one tenant left an iron-​shaped burn mark on the carpet, which I thought for sure would mean the whole thing was ruined, but Mario was able to just cut out a piece of carpet from the closet and swap it out. Now the burn mark was hidden from sight (in the closet) and the living room carpet looked brand new.
But the best part was how he could get the dirty carpets clean again with just the hot water and the cleaning machine that was attached to his van. Eco-​friendly and effective!

These people at Restore One know how to clean a carpet. Plus they aren’t too expensive either. If you need your carpet cleaned in north Seattle, give them a chance

I first had Restore One clean carpets in building I worked in, then at my home. In both places there were times I was sure the carpet would have to be replaced but Mario is so thorough and so knowledgable that they looked nearly like new.
He’s professional, direct and in the 11 years I’ve used him, I have never been disappointed with any aspect of his business.
I’ve come to really like him, too. Would recommend him as highly as is possible.

I just moved to the Seattle area from out of state. The rental I am staying in had various stains in the carpets, and it didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned.
My experience with Restore One was very good. I spoke with Mario, and setup a carpet cleaning appointment. The communication was very efficient. They arrived on time, and did a stellar job. All the stains are gone, and the carpeting looks new. Also, their cost I thought was very reasonable compared to others I had received quotes from.
I’d definitely use their services again!
