We were very pleased with the work Marcus completed for us and I was impressed with the care and time he puts into his services. We had Marcus refinish part of our deck, a deck made out of non-​standard materials. Marcus was conscientious about making sure the materials he chose were the best possible matches. Marcus also did some work on our back patio and spent his own time researching which materials were best to get the job done correctly. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend his services.

Marcus fixed a deadbolt and a front door lock for our rental condo and did a great job. We live too far away to fix something like this, so we really appreciated his timely and professional response throughout the process. He called when the work was done to thoroughly review what he had done to fix the problems. I would definitely recommend him and call him again when our fix it needs require so.

We were so relieved to find Marcus, as we had a long list of projects that our home needed (dry wall repair, painting, installing base boards, fixing built in cabinets, installing a hand rail, etc.), and we struggled finding someone who could do it all and that we could trust. He was recommended to my husband by a colleague at Amazon. Not surprisingly, as we have experienced with these personal recommendations from Amazonians, we were very pleased with the work. Marcus removed stubborn old caulking from our bathtub and toilet and replaced them. Our tub and toilet finally look fresh and clean again. With a baby due in a week it was now or «next year» for this task. Marcus was responsive by email & text to schedule and coordinate the work, and was very professional in person.

I highly recommend using Marcus for your home handy work. Very professional, polite, and quick with awesome service. I called Marcus for a bathroom vanity light electrical issue. He quickly identified the problem and made a quick trip to the specialty light store where the light was purchased. There he actually chose to have the light rebuilt opposed to purchasing a new one which saved me some money. Total project time including the hardware trip was two hours!!!

I highly recommend Marcus! I am a busy mom of a one year old and had multiple items on my to-​do list I hadn’t been able to get to around the house (finish painting, fix broken door, install towel rack and light shades, reseal bath, etc.) so gave him a call. I came home relieved to have all of these items finished and he even installed a dishwasher and microwave that had to be replaced last minute! Marcus was professional, friendly and extremely dependable. Will definitely be using him again.

Marcus is awesome! I’m an interior designer and so far I’ve used him on two client projects and now on my own home. He has great logic and really thinks things through to come up with the best solution to the specific task at hand. He is incredibly detail oriented and pays close attention to little nuances so that they are taken care of correctly– no short cutting here! I appreciate his clear communication and explanation along the way– I always feel in the loop. I’ve been really impressed at the variety of work Marcus can do– everything from removing an old wood burning fireplace/​patch repair of ceiling, building out wainscoting in a powder bath to now finishing out a stair well, office and family room in a 100+ year old home (which is not straight at all!). And– he does all that so well. The quality is top notch and he’s a super nice guy too– respectful of the home and clean (which can be rare!). I will continue to use Marcus where ever I can. Highly recommend him!

Marcus was really helpful and fast to respond. I had an issue at home that I hadn’t fix for months. I called Marcus and he accommodated my busy schedule, he came to my place early in the morning and evaluated the problem. I didn’t have all the pieces to finish the job but he figured out a way to do the job without extra charge. I had to go to work so I left him finishing the job and he call me when he was done. When I came back after work, every thing was super clean and my house looked amazing. I felt like I had been living in a dumpster before Marcus fix my home. I highly recommend Marcus for any repair at home, he was very professional, on time, tasteful and clean.
