Jonathan is a master is both hair cut and hair color but that is not the only reason that I keep coming here and my friends too! we followed him from his previous place because if his genuine kind personality, his knowledge and skills and overall the vibe of wherever he works! Sometimes if I’m around his Salon I just like to stop and say hi to him, just to brighten my day:)

I had such an amazing experience. Jonathon knows his stuff. I left feeling fantastic. I have been getting compliments on my color and cut all day today. In fact, I don’t want to tell everyone how fantastic he is because I want him all to myself:)

David Hewitt is the man responsible for changing my hair from brassy blonde to classy blonde. He also helped repair damaged hair by another treatment I received with poor instruction. I trusted him to do another treatment and better instruction and have seen my hair not only grow incredibly fast over the last year but it is SO much healthier. He’s also an amazing person that gets to know his clients and is passionate about helping you look your best.

Kind, clean, welcoming… Jon Flint knows how to run a salon. Good jams, espresso, and of course… the hair cuts are excellent. I’ve followed him from Salon Joseph on Queen Anne and will recommend Salon QE to anyone.

Looking for someone who can handle temperamental, complicated, thick, curly hair? Then look no further than Erin Schloff. She listens and works with you to get you the look you want. Erin understands the complexities of curly hair and how to cut curl so it lays properly. She is also an amazing colorist. Erin always gets the color just right every time! I have been going to Erin for 12 years and highly recommend her.

Erin is an incredibly talented colorist and always knows just what I’m looking for in a cut. She just GETS it! She is also warm, friendly, funny and I really look forward to catching up with her every time I see her! I always leave feeling great! I am so picky about my stylist, and can happily say that I’ll stick with Erin for all time!

I was a client of David’s when he lived in Chicago. I have him do my hair when I visit Seattle. How’s that for loyalty? It speaks volumes about David. He inspires trust and confidence. There are the teachable skills for color and cuts, which David has, hands down. He’s a force of nature and a rock star. But there are also the non-​teachables — the instinct, the eye, the talent, the focus, the ability to listen, the warmth, the sweet, friendly, fun personality. David sees options that other stylists miss. He’s imaginative, creative, attentive, and keeps up with the trends. Erin has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 15 years. No one will ever touch my hair but her. She is the best colorist I have ever seen, I get complements on my hair color months after it’s colored. She’s that good. She is a magician with the scissors as well, my cut is always perfect. I leave feeling like a million bucks every time.

I wish that there were more stars to select because this place is THAT excellent! I have been a client of Jonathan’s for 10 years. His new place is fantastic and, of course, you cannot get a better color or cut in Seattle. He is expert. The staff is friendly and welcoming, they serve lattes made like you want them, they have WiFi so that you can work while you get your hair done (THANK YOU!) the product line that they offer is fabulous, and simply put — Jonathan is just the best there is.

I was a previous client of Jonathan’s. When he informed me that he would be starting his own business, I knew I would be leaving the salon I was a patron of for over 14 years. In a few short months, he created Salon QE as a salon to watch. The talent Jonathan brings is paramount. He is, by far, one of the most accomplished and proficient men’s stylists in Seattle. Jonathan is one of the rare stylists that you can sit in his chair and get lost in conversation, knowing he will create something neoteric that will allow you to be complimented while you walk down the street. He is caring, hilarious, intelligent and a gift to his clients. I can only imagine how successful Salon QE will be under his leadership.
