We had Pops for dessert at our wedding after trying them MANY times at Farmer’s Markets. We LOVE all of the flavors but our top two are Zesty Lime and Coconut Cream. They were so easy to work with, brought a cute little freezer cart, and everyone raved about them and continue to rave about them. Our sticks were even personalized with our wedding logo and date. We could not have asked for anything more!

I saw the pop up shop at Southcenter Mall, ate one and fell in love! Eight flavors are offered, and I’ve tried seven of them(watermelon was sold out). It’s impossible for me to pick a favorite. FYI: if you eat the blueberries ‘n cream, make sure you have a toothpick or dental floss. I had blueberries stuck in my teeth until I found a toothpick. But it was worth the minor embarrassment. You can enjoy the flavors without it being overly sweet. I will be heartbroken when they leave. I hope they turn up at Farmers’ Markets in Bellevue or Renton.

I actually went to a kiosk that was temporarily trying out a space at Westfield Southcenter mall. Usually found in farmers markets around the Seattle area. It was so hot yesterday and was just telling my friend that a cold Popsicle sounded so good. Then the planets aligned and it was right in front of Macy’s! I got the lime and friend got watermelon. Sooooo tasty and satisfying. It was 3.50 each but It was full flavored and perfect size. It literally tastes like those fruits. I would love it see it again but I wouldn’t mind finding it at a farmers market :)

When I saw this popsicle stand, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I ordered the coconut popsicle and it was amazing. It was creamy and full of flavor as well as chunks of toasted coconut flakes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

They are soooooooo great. At first I thought the flavor is just like shaved ice. I had the coffee one, and it is super creamy. Great joy!

Seattle Pops has some great flavors. I have had several(chocolate banana, lime, strawberry, watermelon, strawberry basil). The fruit based ones are great for a hot-summer day walking arround. My personal favorite is either chocolate banana or strawberry basil. I have taken some to work and my boss has requested that I bring them to some of our customers. The quality is great and worth the detour to find on any warm day in Seattle!

I have tried a few vegan flavors and ice cream flavors, but the coconut is TOPNOTCH. So good. The fruity flavors are vegan and don’t have the same delicious creaminess, but if you’re vegan you take what you can get(not to say those flavors weren’t great as well). I, on the other hand, will be enjoying the coconut ice cream bar every time I make it out to the Fremont Market.

I see pops! I saw Seattle Pops for the first time in Fremont, I’m thinking it was for the Fremont Sunday Market, but I’m not sure since I spend a lot of time in that hood. Before I actually saw them, I had heard about them. Dreams of strawberry basil pops danced in my head, waiting for a day when I would get to try one. The strawberry is fresh and sweet. Combined with the basil, well, they go perfectly together! Aside from at Fremont, I recently saw Seattle Pops at GeneroCity, an event held at the Living Computer Museum. That night, they only had the strawberry basil but that’s okay because it’s exactly what I wanted. They were handing out mini-pops(which I believe sell for about $ 2) and let me tell you, nothing says summer like a pop! Do yourself a favor and try one!
