Chris is simply the best. She makes waking up at 5am fun and so worth it. No one day is ever the same as the next — she keeps it fresh and always challenging. It can be tough waking up early for an outdoor workout during the cold winter months, but the camaraderie you form with the other boot campers lessens the pain, and the results — if you show up regularly and listen to Chris, following her recommendations for diet and nutrition — are awesome. I’ve never felt stronger or more energized. Plus she’s funny, and that’s a huge plus.
