Servpro was recommended to us by a friend who discovered a terrible water leak and damage to our home while we were out of town. We called them and they responded very quickly. They completely and thoroughly inventoried the damage and posted a comprehensive set of pictures quickly over the next several days, which was extremely helpful and appreciated because we were out of town and could not see the damage for ourselves. Everyone we dealt with from the project manager to the senior manager to the workers on site was extremely knowledgeable, highly communicative, and professional. We were very happy with the demolition which removed ALL of the damaged components and did not to try to cut corners by saving things that should not have been saved or left in place. We were also very happy with the mitigation work they did, including drying the entire premises and the antifungal, antibacterial, anti mold treatments that were done to prevent subsequent damage. It was the combination of all these factors that lead us to highly recommend Servpro. They direct billed our insurance company, too, which was appreciated and well handled.

I hope I don’t need ServPro again, but I’d call these guys again in a heartbeat. They returned my call within 10 minutes at 10:30 at night and they showed up the next morning to assess the water damage in my home. They had a crew in place within a reasonable time frame and proceeded in stages to ensure they didn’t do more than they needed to. Jason, our project manager, responded to emails promptly, even over a weekend. The crew handled with care the personal possessions that they needed to move for the work. We have used Servepro of Central Seattle numerous times for our rental properties. Always timely, quick response and professional service. Results were always as expected. And they have been a source of referrals to complementary service providers — very helpful.

We called these guys when we sustained water damage in our basement after a storm. To their credit, they sent someone out really quickly. The person who came did a quick job, drew up a floor plan, and promised to email us an estimate by 3 pm the next day. One week later, we still haven’t heard from him despite several phone calls. In the meantime, another company came, gave us an industrial fan to dry out the basement and pull water out of walls, then did another assessment, and necessary demolition. If we waited for ServPro we would still be living with moldy wet carpets.

I was impressed w/​the prompt courteous service. Spencer & Paris workd very hard to clean up our mess. Every one was very nice Cudos!!!
