Sheridan Apartments

wow steer clear of this mess, the manager would not even tell me what price he has for an available apartment, it appears he is looking for a certain type of person, won’t give apt details or anything simply keeps asking what price you want to spend when I say it is flexible and depends on the place he says Im wasting his time and hangs up. If this is how he is to a prospective tenant I would shudder at the manner he would have toward tenants, Stay clear unless you want to be bullied!

My husband & I have lived here for over a year & a half & we really love it. For the first 10 months we were in a 340 sq ft studio, and then when one opened, we moved into a 650 sq ft 1×1. This building is well maintained and in a fantastic location. The building manager is friendly, smart, & helpful. There are only two unfortunate things about our apartment. First, no pets allowed. (we wanted a small dog, but settled w/​a small pet fish instead). And second, our radiator doesn’t heat our apartment at all. We solved this problem by simply getting a small space heater and we only need to use it when it’s really cold out. If you don’t own a car, can pay your rent on time, don’t have wild parties, & enjoy city life, this building should definitely be on your short list of buildings to check out when apartment hunting. We live on the top floor & wish we could buy our apartment here!
