After struggling hours and nada I started looking for a computer repair expert. SnS squeezed me in between his larger business clients and used his password software to fix Microsoft’s screw up. We recently moved to San Francisco. Moving in and of itself is exhausting and a hassle, but now in the 21 century, moving takes on a whole new dimension with the necessity of properly installing the myriad of technology one needs these days.

On top of all the great service and expertise that Scott provided, he also educated me on the best and most cost effective virus protection, cleanup and malware software that’s available to me for free or with paid upgrade. Additionally, Scott sent me external back-​up driver recommendations along with tutorials for that hardware, so that I am able to keep my computer backed-​up in case of disaster.
