Earlier this year I experienced some troubling issues with my Aspire notebook and was unable to troubleshoot so contacted Seattle Tech Experts. I emailed Ben and received an impressively quick response. Ben seamlessly arranged for me to drop off my notebook at a location that was convenient to my work location. As such I wound up in contact with his colleague Chris, Chris was wonderful to work with — he was competent, professional, thorough and importantly, kept me in the loop in terms of his findings and only proceeded with the needed repairs with my full knowledge and consent.
