Wow. Two Starbucks reviews in two days. I’m on a depressing roll with my reviews. Been wanting to try this location of Starbucks primarily because of its private parking lot and proximity to my house. The lot gets the job done but I visited early on a Sunday. It’s probably impossible to get a parking spot here during the workday when people have chosen this Starbucks to clock in a few hours of work. Staff were so-so friendly. They seem to be on top of mobile orders that come in, so that’s a key tip right there. The space is large but there is a huge amount of wasted space behind the bar and a definite lack of seating. This is also the first Starbucks where I have actually seen a bar facing the baristas with counter-height barstools. When I arrived there was a couple sitting there, talking with the barista, just like someone would sit at a bar and talk with the bartender. It was the oddest thing ever. This Starbucks is also very, very busy but with 90% of orders being take-away. What this Starbucks needs is a drive-thru.

This place is something else. Have been here 12 times and 9 of the times the coffee was made wrong. They always offer the wrongly made coffee which is nice but wow. Be careful that your iced drink isn’t made hot or your sugar free one doesn’t have whip cream on it.

Not sure why this place has only 3 stars but I’ve been going here for the last 5 years and all I get is excellent customer service and good coffee. There’s only been a few times my coffee was wrong but out of 5 years of going there it’s no biggie. Employees are nice and they have turned most of my mornings from bleh to ‘I can get through this day’. Lol :)

I’ll come down here and drink some of their freshly squeezed bean juice more than occasionally. It’s a nice walk and I get to enjoy the local wildlife. If you’re sitting outside, there are little sparrows that will boldly approach you for handouts Disneymoviestyle. Before hanging out here consuming drip coffee after drip coffee, I didn’t realize everyone came to Starbucks for 1k calorie milkshakes. Half the fun of coming here for a chat or to work on something is being able to watch the never ending array of weirdos, business types, drug deals, junkies circling looking for loot, what I assume are professional«dates» being picked up, and other insanity. A lot of shady business goes down at the Starbucks, and you can drink coffee and watch for cheap. Animals, man. Animals.

Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee, but the service here has always, always been sub par in the years I’ve been coming here. As someone else wrote, I feel like an inconvenience, not a welcome customer. I like Starbucks as much as any locally owned coffee shop, but in this case, I would recommend going down the block to Voxx – at least any sort of hipster, yuppie attitude is not so out-of-place there: P

I like going to this Starbucks, it’s fast and the employee’s are friendly. Morning time is busy though so I won’t go until later afternoon to get my Coffee fix lol

Most employees are very kind and courteous. However there are a few that are very rude and seem to purposely screw up drink orders. Today we went there and they told us they were closed although they were supposed to be open for another hour.

It’s a Starbucks so you know what to expect: friendly, great selection, a little gift section, outdoor and indoor seating plus a private lot. If you’re in a hurry, though, I would try somewhere else. Although they try to keep things moving the private lot is crowded and getting in and out takes a minute. The store itself is always full of Eastlakers sipping drinks, having meetings, working, or relaxing. It’s lovely but not usually a quick stop!

One of the worst Starbucks. On both occasions the barista did not get my drink right and was terribly rude about fixing it. Most recently I ordered a crazy expensive sugary drink and expect the whipped cream portions to be exactly what is promised in the picture advertising the $ 6 drink! I asked for more and the barista was irritated and stingy. Um does the whipped cream come out of your personal savings?

I came here last week after work with a coworker. I ordered a venti latte, and when i picked my coffee up the lid was not put on correctly i and almost burned my hand. Mistakes happen and that is totally okay, but i was very disappointed and appalled when both of the baristas made eye contact with me as they saw it happen, but neither acknowledged and offered a simple«sorry». I already had a bad experience with a different Starbucks location a week prior, but had decided to give it another whirl. After this experience, i may take a long hiatus and support more local cafés. One plus is that the customer service rep addressed this issue promptly and apologized on their behalf.

It has been a while since I wrote my first review and I wanted to again praise this business. I am still greeted by name when I arrive in the morning and made to feel like I am special. As usual Marty is terrific as is Katy and Megan and all the others. This is the kind of service we strive to provide at my veterinary hospital down the street.

It’s Starbucks… And I love Starbucks coffee. Really more than anything the selection. Like others have said, Voxx is a much better atmosphere, and overall experience… But I stick to Starbucks because they have a much better selection. I’m picky okay? But anyways, there’s quite a few downsides to this Starbucks. For one, parking… It’s freaking horrible. Luckily for me, I have a little Eclipse. But if you have a truck, or a suburban… Have fun! The parking spaces are so small, even for Seattle, which is saying something… And the store itself is small. Not enough associates. Well, I’ll take that back, last time I went in I saw at least 5 people working. But guess what? There was one at the register, one making drinks, and the other 3 standing in the middle of the work area chatting their asses off.(Sorry for the language). At least 5 people in line, at least 3 people waiting for drinks… And you’re just going to stand there? Well that’s a good work ethic. I used to work at the Starbucks on Mercer Island… And if I was to stand around like that, I would have been fired. It’s ridiculous to see, especially when you’re stopping to get a coffee on your way to work… Knowing full well you’re going to work your butt off all day, while the baristas here mosey around doing basically nothing. Sorry but it’s a pet peeve. At least go in the back where customers can’t see you right in front of them doing nothing!!!

Dog friendly! A Starbucks is a Starbucks for the most part(especially in Seattle where they are as prolific as Waffle Houses in Atlanta). This particular location is a little cramped and seems to be constantly crowded. The parking lot is tight and doesn’t really have enough spots. So why 4 stars? Any place that is dog friendly gets extra stars from me. There were several people enjoying a beverage with well behaved pooches in tow. For part of my meeting here, I had a cuddly Golden Retriever head snoozing on my foot. Yay!

It’s a small location, on a cold day, the marine layer of air flowing in; this place does it’s job, providing a consistent and expectable list of coffee and eats. That in itself is worth 3 stars, but you have to take into consideration of the staff here… well at least when I plopped myself at the ordering counter, confused with what was good. I admit, even if I come to a Starbucks once a week, I am lame with my coffee order, I like two types, BLACK or something with SOY(I drink whole milk, but I tend to feel ill with milk and coffee. so sue me). So what’s the matter. nothing, the staff were excited to greet each, talk to them, and converse with them. I walked in, and there are conversations everywhere, from the person putting their wares on the shelf, to the barista, to the cashier, everyone was friendly. So I can’t speak for the Wireless or anything of that nature. but when the drink came out, it was made perfectly, and you know what, I expect nothing less from my local coffee place.

I really want to like this Starbucks, I really do, but the service is just so hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is quick, sometimes it takes them what seems like FOREVER. My latest gripe is a new employee who is super rude(not just to me) and I hesitate about coming in… which I HATE! She seems like my specifications are annoying… crazy because isn’t that the premise of Starbucks? Personalized coffee? Anyway, I’m only giving it 4 stars because the location is convenient, they have a dog tie up outside and it’s still a Starbucks so… I’ll be back.

Living in Eastlake — this is my go-to Starbucks, though I wish I was more impressed. As another reviewer wrote — it’s all the same thing so it depends on the atmosphere. I frequent this location quite a bit and the staff have yet to be friendly. It feels like I’m an inconvenience every time I order something… that doesn’t seem right… An occasional smile would be appreciated! Needless to say, I would suggest going right past this location and heading to Voxx if you want friendly employees and good coffee. I wouldn’t go to here if it wasn’t for my Starbucks app that I love so much.

This Starbucks is your typical Starbucks. Plenty of seating and tables to come do some work; I’ve never had a problem finding a table. Drinks are reliable, just like you’d find at any other Starbucks. This shop has lots of windows, so is pretty bright inside. There’s a parking lot with spots, but they all say 15 minute parking, so you can’t park in their lot and hang out for a while. Parking in the neighborhood nearby isn’t too bad, but does have some limits.

This Starbucks is great. The staff are really friendy, and they make consistent drinks. Only drawback is how crazy-busy the tiny parking lot is in the morning. In general: just your average Starbucks.

It’s Starbucks. You know what you’re getting. For some reason, the people that frequent this Starbucks are the worst at parking e.g. can’t park within the lines when there limited spaces in the private lot.

Great Starbucks in all respects except their drip coffee. It’s burned too frequently for my tastes, but get an Americano and you’ll be safe! Good coffee, nice employees. Handy parking lot.
