This starbucks is unlike those I’ve encountered else where! Amazing staff who are attentive and fast. High quality service!
This is however, a licensed store, meaning they do not carry every item like a corporate starbucks, and they also can not redeem free drinks. Despite that though, the staff is what brings me back!

Actual hours posted in the picture. App hours and Google hours are both wrong I think.
The friendliest and most obliging staff! They do a great job in spite of being limited as a licensed store– can’t use your Starbucks rewards here, not even birthday free drinks.
Lovely big space, though the wifi works best in the middle spots of the store, near the router– it’s flaky in the window seats. Power strip is on the underside of the long table.

Great staff, fast service. I came here around 7pm and the wait wasn’t long. Only problem I had was when I tried redeeming my free drink from my Starbucks rewards here. The lady told me they didn’t accept it but all the other Starbucks accepted it. I was quite confused. Seattle, the Capitol of coffee, where Starbucks originated had a coffee shop that did not accept rewards. It didn’t bother me but I mean what makes it that this coffee shop can’t accept rewards but all others can?

Can I give it zero stars? It’s terrible, the staff just give the shirty face, I said cappuccino but got a latte! And when I wanted to take my 2.5 year old to the bathroom they responded with cold shoulders saying we must wait for 15 minutes or longer because there is no key at the moment as its accidentally been taken by he other manager to somewhere blah blah blah. And when we finally made it into the bathroom, if you told me a homeless group lives in there I would believe you! Totally no the Starbucks I know!!! Did I go into a Starkbucks? Terrible!!!

Great place to sit and relax. Comfortable seating, quiet atmosphere, nice staff.
Heads up, they don’t take the app rewards because they are a contract store. No free drinks here!

Starbucks, you are breaking my heart this morning :(First you don’t carry those awesome little spinach or tomato croissant squares that so many other branches do. Ok, maybe that doesn’t fit that serious urban Wall Street demographic. Your call. But running out of salt for the salted caramel mocha? Somehow I will have to carry on.

The seating area is small, and it’s a little dingy, but all the staff I’ve encountered here go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with their drinks. I’ve had a variety of drinks from this location, and they have all been made correctly. If you’re in the area, I recommend stopping in!

Overall, this Starbucks is good.
It receives ⁴⁄₅ stars because it’s consistent. It’s your typical Starbucks, only without the long wait times… even in the morning.
Why 4 Stars:
–Short lines, never overcrowded (for now)
–Relaxed atmosphere
–Plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor)
–Friendly service, always felt comfortable
–Nothing unique about this location, similar to what you would expect anywhere else.

Just your average starbucks. Pretty good, the only real thing to note is they dont take Starbuucks rewards, You can earn rewards, but not use things like your free drinks here earned through gold cards

Love this starbucks because of it’s quietness.
Great place to hangout at during weekends when you want to finish up on pending work or want to to read a book.
Since it is located within the University, there maybe some desserts or menu options missing here as compared to the regular starbucks stores.
Overall, the ambiance and the quietness make up for the lack of options.

Franchise location. Lousy service. Doesn’t take rewards on Starbucks card. Suggested I come back AFTER the reward expired to use it there! Grungy. Avoid like the plague!

No outlets at most of the tables though, just at the bar tables by the entrance to the library.

This is a licensed Starbucks location in the new City University. It is connected to the school’s library. The space is really great and everything looks modern. The hours are until 9pm and so, probably because there are a lot of students at this school.
It’s on the back corner of City University but you can easily spot it due to the patio seating and/or signage.

This lovely, new Starbucks opened up a block from my apartment (on the 5^th & Battery corner of City University) just this month. The inside is stylish and spacious with plenty of two-person booth seating, a large table (seats 8) for meetings, some arm chairs, and a whole row of high, single-person tables meant for laptop users. Free wifi and very decent hours, plus a full food case (breakfast sandwiches, pastries, cold sandwiches/lunches-on-the-go), a variety of grab-and-go snacks, fruits and drinks. In short, a solid, full-service Starbucks equipped to serve the student population of City U. However, as that population is quite sparse at the moment (City U just opened up this year), this place has the potential to be a great neighborhood hangout. I’ll definitely drop by with a good book some quiet weekend morning!
