I’m a regular here, the staff are always upbeat and friendly. The only thing i could wish for is more seating, however this starbucks is quite small and only open on the weekdays

This store is the model by which all Starbucks should function in regards to customer care. The small staff at this location are beyond amazing. I actually come to this Starbucks so often because I enjoy the staff. Sure the drinks are good, but costly. However coming in here is a nice break from the work day especially when I know I can spend a few minutes joking with the counter people here while they make my drink. They manage to handle huge crowds with finesse and speed, which always impresses me. They are a very busy location being the only coffee place in easy walking distance of the Metropolitan Park office buildings. The drinks are consistent and delicious. I feel that Starbucks is overpriced for what you receive, but do not hold this against the location as they do not set these prices. This location is designed for people who are walking in to grab a drink and go. It largely serves the surrounding office towers. Though they have free wifi I would not recommend coming here to do work or study as there are not tables set up for this inside. However if you want to grab a drink on a warm summer day sitting outside in the sunshine is a very pleasant experience I highly recommend.

I wish I had the time to give review to all Starbucks, but it would be impossible. This location is very convenient to my office and the closet one in a 5 mile proximity. If you’re in a hurry to grab a cup of Joe and get to work on yime — this is not the place. It’s always packed and the staff have their fsvs so they talk a lot, which slws down the line and get your order timely. Roger B says it best in his review and I have to agree with him and his review was two years ago, goes to show nothing had changed much in three years. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go — it’s always slow. So to my surprise I happen to stop in on my break and I was in and out in 10 minutes and was ask to complete a survey for $ 1 off — valid for 14 days of the receipt date and they were quite pleasant and actually very quick on their service. I guess come chanes have been made.

Always friendly! Nice when they remember me. Service can be slow depending on time of day.

Very friendly staff. They remembered my drink after only a couple of visits. Usually very busy in the early morning when I drop in, but I don’t have to wait too long to get my drink. Wish it was open on the weekend but I understand that they serve the office buildings close by that are not open on the weekend.

There used to be another Starbucks across the street and down about a half a block north from this location, but corporate decided to close that location. Unfortunately, that was the larger and more organized of the stores. This Starbucks is slow, often crowded, and has poor line control. Additionally, the baristas occasionally and incomprehensibly make drinks out of order, with more complicated orders coming out before simpler ones. This confuses the snarl of people waiting for coffee and slows down the flow of customers further. Corporate dropped the ball on this one.

I’m trying not to review every Starbucks I visit. Honest. Frankly, that would be a full-time job in and of itself. Of course Starbucks is a fairly homogeneous experience; that’s sort of the point of a chain corporation. But the real difference between different locations is the people, and that’s why I wanted to review this site. The baristas here have been uniformly friendly and have been great about recommending various drinks. They’ve even mentioned that I’ve had a little whipped cream on my nose after burying my face in a drink. So, five stars for them. As far as the store, it’s a small Starbucks mostly serving the workers in the Towers. There are only two tiny tables and the lines can be quite long, especially at shift changes and lunchtime. So this really is a to-go Starbucks, not a place to sit down.
