I work at FH and usually wait to get my coffee here instead of waiting at the location closer to home. They don’t honor any rewards you get for being a member. What is the point of even operating under the name Starbucks. My coworker comes here often and they usually end up screwing her order up. The staff is nice but def walk outside and go to one of those if you need Starbucks or better yet go to a diff local stand close to you.

Always fast and always busy! Orange refresher is the best part! Cold and tart! Customer service is spot on but the drive through is way to long. This parking lot is difficult to navigate at times. …overall good stuff

My wife recently gave birth at Swedish and I’ve spent so much time at the Starbucks in their lobby I feel like we’ve had a #BabyTogether! There’s not much to say – it’s a Starbucks. They have warmed food if you are scared/tired of the hospital cafeteria. Sometimes it gets very busy but the baristas work efficiently so be patient – and if you’re in a hurry order a drip coffee. Also be aware they close early on the weekend, but there are two nearby locations on Madison which are open later.

Horrible tasting lattes at this location. Not sure if it’s the new automated equipment Starbucks is using at their many locations, or just poor training. Worst Coffee I have had at a Starbucks. I mean we all know Starbucks isn’t the best, but this is far below the Starbucks standard.

This place has a quick turn around for a busy hospital lobby. Coffee is decent, and the lines are never too long.

Inside Swedish on first hill(Broadway) great location if you are in the hospital and needing a warm, hot coffee. But get there before 7:30 because that’s when they close here!

Hospital lobby location. Busy with a mix of staff & visitors. Efficient line with four employees taking/filling orders. They have sandwiches, salads, cold drinks and chips to grab, a case of baked goods, and the typical drink selection. I ordered a decaf drip and was upgraded to a pour-over. Not sure if they keep the decaf on hand. Seating is along the perimeter on a raised bench with space for 5 small tables and partnering tall chairs, or at a large communal wood table that seats 10. Plenty more seats in all the waiting room lobbies here.

This Starbucks opened on 5÷5÷14 in the main lobby of the First Hill branch of Swedish Hospital, taking the place of their small café. Their hours are limited at this time, 5:30 am to 3:30 pm M –F, but heard they will extend their hours in the future. The service is slow and unorganized, but that is to be expected. The workers will get into the swing of things pretty soon. They have the usual food, pastries and beverages in the refrigerated section. The seating area has one long wooden table and chairs and a section with a bench/booth type area to sit. The free WIFI is provided by Swedish. It is a nice addition to the hospital because for those who do not want to leave their loved ones, you don’t have to venture out of the hospital for coffee.
