I love Subway! And the people here at this store are super nice and very accommodating. I usually come in with my toddler and she loves making her own sandwich. The people that work here are very patient and make us feel comfortable even if we take a bit of extra time to order.

Annoyed. Never have I gotten so frustrated with placing an order at Subway. I had to repeat every thing twice and sometimes, three times. I think they need to change up their way of taking orders and have customers fill out a piece of paper with their order instead of the normal way of communication. My biggest annoyance? Them putting mustard in my sandwich when I asked for«honey mustard». My husband hates mustard in his sandwich, and I let the lady know. But she just shrugs and continue to add honey mustard instead of asking to make me a new one since is THEiR mistake!!! And they only put like 4 slices of tomatos, i was going to point out that there is a hugggge gap, and that usually people put 5 – 6 slices of tomatos in a foot long. Is really sad when you are shorting customers to help yourself with inventory. Is ONE tomato or ONE redo on a sandwich more important than a customer???

THEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE I HAVEEVEREXPERIENCED. Subway is subway, right. Wrong, I have gone here a dozen time because it is walking distance from my work, and I was wanting my $ 5 footlong. every single time i have gone, the service is rude. no smiles, no hellos, they have even put on the wrong toppings and scoffed when asked to change them, which happened more than once. My wife went once and they put the wrong sauces on the wrong sandwich said sorry but they would not fix it. They barely speak enough english to get through your order. I eat several places with a language barrier and that does not bother me, but not getting basic sandwich order right and being rude to boot. just makes it a miserable experience. The staff also talk to each other throughout your order, which is probably why they often make mistakes. I was so thankful when Subway opened up on 152nd and 6th. It is worth getting in my car and driving out of my way, there they get your order right, and the service is excellent every time. do yourself a favor and drive the 5 blocks to the other subway on 152nd.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! I work in the area and every time I go here I am disappointed and annoyed. They are the most unfriendly place. No Smile, no thank you, they spend the entire time they make a sandwich talking to coworkers in another language. Today they were so focused on their conversation they couldn’t get my 5 item sandwich made without asking me 3 times what I want along the way. BOO! I want a different Subway by my work. I LOVE their sandwiches.

Meh, I have experienced much better. I love Subway sandwiches. They’ve been a staple food I eat since my parents used to take my sister and I there before I could see over the counter. My sister and I even worked at various Subways when we were in our teens. This is a money mongering, vegetable stingy, undercooked bread of a Subway! When I worked for Subway, I was told to watch the amount of veggies I put on a sandwich. It’s the easiest way for the location to lose money… too many olives on a sandwich. BUT this location took the cake for trying to put only THREE tomato slices on my foot long sub. That is ridiculous. I know it’s a business and they need to make money, but there is a point when you’re sacrificing more value than you are making up by cutting the quality.

I love Subway too! I won’t say anything more that Rebecca hasn’t already said, Subway is where it’s at. My problem with this particular Subway is that they don’t accept the swipe card(for Subway points). Technically whenever I try, they tell me the machine is broken. For 2 years. The other thing I don’t care for is that last week when I was in getting my foot long for less than $ 5 a couple ahead of me was trying to use a buy one get one free coupon for two 6″ sandwiches and the clerk wouldn’t let them because the girl had a wrap and not a sandwich with bread. NOTE: If she had a sandwich it would’ve cost $ 4 or something but if you buy a 6″ sandwich and a wrap the wrap only costs $ 1.50 extra. This leads me to believe that the wrap is cheaper to make. I’d be excited to be giving away something that was cheaper over something that was more expensive but that’s just me.

Oh I LOOOVE Subway! I can’t believe I didn’t already review them! They’re the ONLY fast-food that’s way tasty, super healthy and cheap! I always get the Subway Club, but with no lettuce or mayo, since lettuce is just a vehicle to get the mayo into your lap. This Subway has spinach though that you can have instead of lettuce, and I can spice it up with all the peppers and onions I want. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it! I am sad that they d/c’d the chicken caesar one though, and I wish they’d do a healthy fish option. Oh and I would LOVE it if this particular store had the online-ordering option. I’d LOVE it. You listening, Subway? You’d get a lot more orders if I could preorder and just swing in and pick it up. Subway. Yum.
