Employee here is rude. I don’t go to subway often, so I am not aware of the choices. And she laughed about me while talking to someone else. I am still at the counter, and I can hear her loud and clear. Awful experience.

My boyfriend and I ordered from the Subway inside the terminal. The service was okay, definitely could have been better. Our total was much more than I expected even though we just got a 6 in. sub each. Later that night, my boyfriend was throwing up and didn’t feel like eating anything. He continued to throw up the next day. Today, I started feeling nauseous and I have a slight fever. Thankfully I have not thrown up yet but I had to leave work early today because I was feeling severely unwell. I don’t know how long the food was out or how old it was but it was definitely not the«freshness» that Subway promises.

I love Subway, just not this one. The prices are inflated because it is at the ferry terminal, they don’t honor advertised specials and their employees are down right rude and incompetent. On more than one occasion, an employee has either messed up my order and complained when I asked them to fix it and they don’t pay attention to who is in line first. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. It is right at the ferry terminal but my advise is to just wait until you are either on the boat or on the other side. After all, Subways are everywhere.

I have never had a guy mess up on my order as many times as this guy did about 6~7xs he was confusing up my order and even then it wasnt what i ordered. I may give it another go but not with the same artist doing the sub

More expensive than other locations for the same product. Cookies were stale. Staff is friendly so I gave them one extra star for that.

RUDE. They are so rude. Go somewhere else. I’m only typing extra so that my review will be counted and my one star review will be counted towards their overall Unilocal score. Otherwise it is converted to a tip. I think this is enough to be used as a review. Overall, BAD subway.

I commute on the ferry. I usually get breakfast here, or a sandwich for my lunch. I NEVER write a review, but I needed some way to vent my anger about how horrible the people are that work here. I have literally waited 5 min or more while they finish what they are doing in the back. They eventually make it to help, and they have the poorest attitudes, usually exclaiming with an abrupt, «what do you want?» I don’t need a greeting, but I do want prompt service if there isn’t a line. I now wait till I get to the other side to purchase my lunch or breakfast.

The most horrible customer service ever. the girl making the sandwich was pissed off and was pushing my sandwich to the other guy to make it. almost felt she did not want to make my sandwich. u kidding me. she shud be fired and this subway should go out of business for providing such a service. To subway or the owner of this subway, fire that girl or you will go out of business soon.

Why are the sandwiches at this Subway always so skinny and sad? When I go I get the veggie sub and ask for double veggies, forgoing cheese. It’s like pulling teeth to get more than 6 olive slices. The service is good but the sandwiches are sadder than nerds after the cancelation of Firefly. Unless you are absolutely stuck go anywhere else.

I got breakfast here while waiting for our ferry and ordered the Sunrise Subway Melt on flatbread. The girl at the counter offered me the 6-inch instead because it’s a better deal, but I wasn’t hungry enough to double my intended breakfast. We went through the usual subway sandwich-making process and I got my breakfast hot out of the toaster just as I ordered it. Solid food, friendly service.

Why 5 stars? Because in reality it’s a solid 5, unlike the silly whiny«I wanted bacon» review below. One star for emo bacon? Lame. This place has always had friendly staff and consistent food.
