Taco Bell

Consistently out of «eggs» and «sausage» during breakfast hours. It seems to happen around the 10 a.m. hour on weekends. They used to let you order then would tell you it be 15 minutes but now they tell you before you order. I wouldn’t be so harsh but it happens way too often and the staff doesn’t seem to care all that much. I understand it’s Taco Bell and not a 5-​star restaurant but it’s an inconvenience to customers to be constantly unpredictable and out of items. They also take forever at the register and the drive through. That’s probably the only consistent part of this establishment. I’d honestly drive the miles it would require to a different Taco Bell then spend money at this one.

The staff is nice, but every time I order an add on to a product they never add it on. I’ve probably spent about $ 20 in add ons that I’ve never received. Cool thanks!

Closed on a Friday at 5pm? No sign saying closed, but nobody there, people just sitting at the drive-​thru waiting and leaving. At least put a sign up saying you’re closed!

These people deserve 5 stars dammit. They keep it real at all hours of the day and put up with so many drunk kids

Let’s be honest, you already know what you’re getting. But this was absolutely dog shit for service. The inside wasn’t open, the fryer was broken, no hot sauce, and the woman was as friendly as Scrooge. Totally recommend it!

I didn’t think I’d ever go back to a Taco Bell again. But went I did, and Taco Bell in all its glory did not let me down in the slightest. Best trashy non-​Mexican food that ever was and ever will be.
They even have this thing they built into the side of the restaurant that enables you to get food in your car! They give it to you in a little window, so freaking amazing. Such convenience! What a great little innovation!

Dude… What the heck is going on. Learn how to run a restaurant. You guys are losing money because of how slow this place is. Hire a new night manager or re-​train

Seriously! This is supposed to be fast food! I’ve been in the drive through for 17 minutes and there are still two cars in front of me! Food seems fine here, but the wait is unacceptable! I’m done with this location. DONE! Oh it’s a Wednesday night!

Seriously Taco Bell… So slow, it’s Friday night… who manages this shit hole. I bet you’re trying to close things down 40 minutes before close, and it’s gonna take me 40 minutes to get up to the damn window, so you’re effectively alienating me as a regular customer… I hate you Taco Bell ballard

Slowest fast food ever! Slowest taco bell location by far! I’ve been to this location a few times and each time they are crazy slow… but I give them two stars instead of one because they are usually apologetic.

Normally I avoid reviewing fast food places but the kids who work here are absolutely the nicest people working in the restaurant industry. And they don’t even get tips.

The cats that work at this Taco Bell are THE friendliest and funniest people I’ve ever encountered in fast food. I usually end up waiting a little longer in the drive-​thru lane than I think it should take… but I honestly don’t even care because I know the dude at the window is going to be awesome.

It said you’re open until 2. Got there at 1:30 on 11÷20÷14 and it was closed. Im heart broken

Geez, you suck! How do you run out of everything and then refuse to sub out a bean burrito for a taco? Terrible customer service and the kid was a brat. I’ll remember not to go to Taco Bell on a Sunday or better yet, never again

Best night staff of any Taco Bell I’ve been to. Historically this has been a late night stop after a pub crawl or night out in capitol hill in cab on the way home. I have to say that whenever I’ve riden the A.M. Taco Bell shame train in a cab, the folks at this Ballard Taco Bell are the friendliest hands down! They all seem genuinely happy and I am confident to say they rival the In n Out Burger employees! As far the the food — it’s pretty standard taco bell fare. so 3 stars! keep up the great customer service!

Worst taco bell experience of my life at this location!
I’m not unaccustomed to getting a couple 5 layer burritos after midnight on a weekend. They are always delicious and satisfy my drunken craving. But this was terrible — we waited in line for nearly 30 minutes, the service was incredibly slow. They were very nice — I will give them that — but it took so long. Then, when I got my burrito, it was basically just a tortilla with a tiny bit of beans in it. Not up to my taco bell standards, sorry friends! Better luck next time!

They have some work to do. Their management needs to step it up because the quality is horrible.
In the summer, I remember them telling us that anything we order will not come with lettuce because they ran out. Sure, I don’t know what happened, but it makes no sense that they ran out of lettuce midday. I’d get it if it was midnight, or the weather was horrible, but it just made no sense.
The other night we went for a taco run, and the drive thru looked busy because of the long line, so we decided to order in the store. We ordered 4 Doritos tacos, a burrito and a burrito combo.
It took us about 30 minutes to get all of our food. Seriously. We first got our food after 15 minutes, but they forgot one of our taco and our burritos. At this point, I was understanding since I knew they were busy, but it was obvious they weren’t paying attention to exactly what we ordered. Or else why would they give us half of the food we ordered? So glad we checked to see if we have everything.
So we waited another 15 minutes to get the rest of our order. When we got home, we noticed that they forgot the nachos (I guess it’s supposed to come with it when you order a combo, according to my husband).
They do a horrible job here.

Been here a few times over the last couple months and the employees are nothing short of next-​level high every time. It’s a wonder that I actually receive what I order.
