Really friendly staff. I ordered gluten free for my sister. The guy making her stuff came up to tell me that he’d washed the prep board and knife before preparing her food. Love that he did that and love that he told me. Now, this store is only 2 blocks from my house yet I drive down to the one by Costco when I want Taco Time. The reason is simple, one of my wickedly guilty pleasures is the Chihuahua dog. This location doesn’t sell them and the other one does. The store that makes doesn’t even make them all that good. The store in Everett has them going on.

Has anyone ever wanted to give ZERO stars ;( I know you have. I love Taco Time, I imagine any native Seattle-ite does. This was below zero stars service, but ONLY from the gal who brought the bag of food. The woman who waited on me; lovely. The younger woman with the HUGE chip on her shoulder who brought the to go order to the inside counter apparently didn’t want to give me the cup for the large drink ordered & paid for. I had to ask twice and she let me know it was difficult for her to hand it to me!!! Ouch, can we say fell out of bed vs. wrong side? You will see my large fries appear to have had quite a few sampled before I received the half eaten unfilled box. I especially appreciated the 2 with bites taken out of… hope my garbage is hungry.

Taco Time is a Northwest staple and quite frankly, my top favorite Mexican fast food restaurant. I love that they get their ingredients from local sources when they can and how they are on the forefront of providing biodegradable compostable items in an effort to be 100% recyclable. They added compostable plastic utensils, straws, cups and food containers and even though it raised their costs, they didn’t raise their prices. Taco Time food is delicious and well prepared from quality ingredients. This fast food chain is doing something right because they keep opening more and more restaurants every year. I’ve been told there is even one in Utah now. They have some amazing dishes too like the Tostada salad and their signature crisp burritos. Offered in Beef, Bean or Chicken and now Habanero Chicken, these are deep fried delicacies. Taco Time offers smart meal choices for those who are watching their calorie intake and they also have mini meals just in case you are not all that hungry but if you are, try the platters. What ever you choose and no matter what location you visit, it is always done right and always a fair price. I noticed that this particular location is pretty low in the ratings and the only thing that I can see from my many visits that could drop the rating here is that the parking situation can get a little frustrating and the service here is a bit sub par. There are definitely better locations for both parking and service but if you are in the Shoreline area and want some«Good, good, fresh, fresh, talking ’bout the very best»!(One of their old slogans), then stop in and give this Taco Time a try. No matter where you are, I will always recommend any Taco Time location so look for them because they are worth stopping for.

I came all the way from Oahu, Hawaii to eat my long time childhood favorite crisp meet burrito and Mexi fries at this location. My experience 2 out of 2 was both times, my orders was either wrong or stale/cold. Beef crisp burrito was nice and hot while Mexi fries was cold and u could tell it was sitting there for sometime. The 2nd and last experience, I asked to have fresh mexi fries, it was like it was re-fried to trick me into thinking it was«fresh» juay bc it waa hot again. In the same order, I get the wrong crisp Burrito! Of course I don’t know all this bc we made it «to-go» bc our hotel was right across the street. Poor experience and not going to this location again. Lucky my 1st location after landing was Ballard… now that was perfect. Everything made to order, cooked perfectly… and I even made that order to-go and by the time I started eating, food was still hot. U can definitely tell when something good was cooked to order vs re-fried to thinking it will make it fresh again. They kidding themselves and ruining that locations reputation. What’s bad… it wasn’t even busy… and maybe that’s y I got stale mexi fried 2x!!!

Never again will I go to this location! EVERYONEGOTOTHETACOTIMEINWALLINGFORDAVE, you will love it there. Great service, always clean and a lot more bigger then this one! This place smells horrible, the dinning room is messy and the workers are lazy!!! The lady that took my order was rude and threw my money. There were no napkin, so many people waiting for their food and the workers were just standing there. Like come on help each other!!! Do something ! I would give this NOSTARS!!!

Expensive. Not worth it. I got wrong order(found out once we got home). I ordered beef natural and a vegi for my wife. We got 2 vegis. Annoying and typical for taco time. El Sabor is such a better place and it close by. GOTHEREINSTEAD!!! Try El Sabor. Authentic, hot, exact change, correct orders.

They staff is nice. They should be given more money. I go here about once a week, mostly cause of the Soda machine where you get to mix whatever soda you want. :)

I’m pissed. I am sitting there waiting for my food at 9:50 and this guy walks in with two Lil kids and they told them they are to late. Even to go order. They walked out confused because they made it in time with time to spare. The lady who seemed to be in charge did see me behind the soda machine, said I’m not dealing with kid’s. The other woman said something about me standing there she tried to dance around her statement. I walked out of the restaurant at 6 minutes to yen and the young woman locked the door behind me. I have owned restaurants and it’s important to serve people up to the minute you close. They probably turned away 20 extra dollars. I was blown away by the attitude of these employees. What happens if that family doesn’t return? What if that person tells their friends? I know that I won’t be returning to that tacotime. Why? So I can be treated like crap behind my back? Management needs to get it together.

I’ve been trying to get back to reviewing more businesses in my neighborhood and realized I haven’t weighed in on Taco Time. This location is on busy Aurora Avenue North. They have a small lot and a drive-thru, which is always appreciated. Good service, fast food, decent eats. The prices aren’t as cheap as some other places but they have mexi-fries. MEXI-FRIES! I’m a sucker for those dipped in that spicy sauce. I also like Taco Time because they have crunchy tacos and sometimes, I just have a craving for one… or two… plus mexi-fries. They also have one of those mix your own beverage machines so you can mix Powerade + Coke + Iced Tea. I’m not sure why anyone would want to but it’s possible.

Made me extremely sick. The place smelled awful as well. I should have left but I decided to stay. I had a crisp bean, chicken soft taco and side sour cream. Taking stomach meds now because I’m on the verge of vomiting. I should sue. You would think for overpriced fast food they could make me semi decent food.

Yum, yum yum. I love Taco time. I used to work at a Taco Time all throughout high school and in college some. Normally, when people work food service often they can’t eat that food ever again, but I keep coming back to Taco Time! Time after time!(Sorry that was lame!) You can’t go wrong with a chicken soft taco, paired with one of their crisp burritos. Mmmmm. Although one thing of note, from what I understand their crisp burritos come pre-made before they get to the restaurant. At the ones I used to work at during my school days, we used to hand-roll those suckas! Huzzah! Oh, almost forgot to mention. Parking here SUCKS! There are only a couple of spots and are usually taken during the busy times.

I’ve been to this Taco Time many times. The food quality is always consistent and very good for fast food. The ingredients taste fresh. I also like that almost all of the packaging is compostable.

Taco time is a great option for kids. Although the toys are always kind of «lame» in the eyes of my daughter. The food is delicious and she always eats it all up. I love the new slim menu. This Taco Time’s drive through is a little confusing and they are a little slow but that must be because it is so «fresh».

Good, good, fresh, fresh food. Like those commercials on tv lately, where families are explaining that when they can’t cook they come here because the food is fresh? Well, I wouldn’t go THAT far. But it is a nice option to have aside from burgers, Ethiopian, and pizza. The drive-thru is kind of backward, normally you’d drive behind the building, but this one is before it(if you’re coming south on Aurora/99). They have about 7 parking spots on the other side of the building. The food sure LOOKS and tastes fresh, much fresher than say. Taco Bell.but I wouldn’t call it healthy exactly. We’ve ordered the chicken tostado salad(so it comes in that awesome shell), bean burritos, chicken soft tacos(that look like burritos), fish soft tacos, etc. They are pretty good about putting sauce on the side w/o extra cost. HOWEVER, if you ask for extra salsa for your salad, they will charge you. But if you were in the store, you can pump as much as you wanted! In fact, we were inside ordering and asked for extra salsa and the guy charged us, not bothering to mention that if we turned around we could get it ourselves for free. When we finally did turn around, we wound up pumping 8 containers just because we could and he watched. :P Anyway, it’s a big pricier than other fast food places. we can spend just under $ 20(whoa, really?) there, with 2 salads, an order of mexi fries(the small is actually plenty for two to share), and maybe a soft taco to share. It’s a lot of food, and the price is comparable, you just gotta get out of the ‘it’s not priced like fast food’ mindset. Sometimes though, you really want to get that taco shell.

MMMM Taco Time! I eat it. it’s so tasty. But it’s a give and take, if you eat it you have a 90% chance of poopin the liquids for the rest of the evening and possibly the next. I recommend that you eat this only when you know you are not going anywhere for at least 12 hours.

This Taco Time definitely isn’t great. The location is fine, but the locations of the parking spots is a total pain. There are only a few on the south side of the building, while the ones on the north side are very narrow and difficult to get to. Last time I was there, my friend and I drove around the entire building three times until we managed to squeeze ourselves into a reasonable spot. If they actually have a lot but it’s a pain to park, then you know that I’m not going to be happy. I’ve only visited this location 3 or 4 times, but each time I have encountered the same expressionless, unresponsive employee at the register. He stares blankly ahead as I order and doesn’t even flinch when I thank him before I walk away. Once a couple dropped their large soda all over the front counter and floor and he just stared at both them and the mess… and then walked away. He eventually came back with a mop, but cleaned the floor with the same vacant expression. It’s almost eerie… The other employees are fine, but you can tell they aren’t happy to be there and definitely aren’t interested in being particularly pleasant. The food is okay… they never seem to put enough burrito sauce on my bean burrito, which leaves it rather dry. Other than that, I haven’t had much else. The mexi-nuggets are tasty as always though… yum.
