I started going to Michael for massage therapy after a car accident. First off, massage therapy and massage for relaxation are not the same! Michael was very kind and always made sure I felt comfortable with what was going on. To make more gains in my healing, we started doing yoga therapy. Unfortunately my claim didn’t cover this but it really, really made a difference. Before yoga therapy I could not sit on the floor(my hips were so tight) and after a month of 1x/wk therapy, I was able to sit on the floor for about 2 minutes at a time. It doesn’t sound like much but it meant the world to me. I kept all of his yoga exercise notes and still do them when I need a slower practice. Michael has a very peaceful presence and even conducts group yoga classes for his patients.

I first saw Michael about 9 years ago after a car accident. All these years later, whenever I have an issue to address, I go see Michael because I know I will get results and continue to learn from his years of research and experience. Of all the LMPs in the world, I consider myself very lucky I was referred to him! The difference between a massage and a massage that gets results is in the knowledge, skill, and approach of the therapist. It’s hard to sum up the appreciation I have for Michael’s expertise in treatment massage. I’ve had many massages over the years and I have yet to meet another LMP with the level of awareness Michael brings to the table. He tunes into the core of the problem, has extensive knowledge of working with fascia and teaches anatomy to yoga students. Michael will put you at ease with his warm and caring personality. His work will ease your pain and injuries. If you want to get better, don’t look any further!
