I really like this place. Big fan of their chicken burrito — it’s a once a week easy dinner for me. They have moved locations as of April 2014 from California Ave just down the street to 7427 Fauntleroy Way. Their phone is(206) 353‑4046.

My husband and I really wanted to love this place! They do make great food but after repeatedly getting our orders wrong and a hair in his food we won’t be going back. So disappointing because the owner is so nice and when he’s there the orders are fine but when he’s gone I don’t know what happens in there but it’s never good. ‚/

This place is good for street style tacos as long as you don’t order the fish tacos. The meat tacos are great but the fish were horrible. One little piece of tilapia the size of a quarter were greasy & yucky. I’ve had a carne asada torta too which was good — not great. Worth visiting.

This is our neighborhood go to place when we need a good, quick Mexican fix. The service is friendly and the very good quality of the food is on par with the other popular taco trucks around. I’d be suspicious if someone could tell the difference between food from here and Taqueria La Fondita #2.(Yet Taqueria La Fondita #2 has 1 whole more star, go figure). A small perk is that it’s(currently) located at a gas station so we can go grab drinks and other snacks while we wait for our food.

It’s really hard for me to give this place only 3 stars, as the food they offer is legitimate, and the staff is friendly. The one thing that is making me give it 3 stars is that they put too much salt into their food. I’m not the person who likes my food to be tasteless, but I found their rice, and guacamole too salty. The first time I had the guacamole, it was just right. But the second time I had it, it was extremely salty. I do sometimes find the meat too salty as well. They really need to taste their food after seasoning it.

Solid tacos, enchiladas and burritos. My WS taco staple. Definitely want to stop into one of their brick and mortar locations at my next opportunity.

YUM. I drive by this taco truck every day and had been meaning to stop in. Finally last night I decided I finally would give it a shot. I got three tacos(carnitas, asada, and birilla) and a side of rice. While the tacos were small, they were fantastic. They were simple, more traditional tacos with just meat, onion, and cilantro, but I didn’t feel they were missing anything. The meat was so tender and flavorful – not dry in the least. The rice was also really yummy. At $ 1.26/taco and $ 1.77/order of rice, you could get a filling and delicious meal for a steal. My only complaint was the service could have been friendlier. That said, I will definitely be back.

When you pull into the end of the line for the Fauntleroy Ferry, your options for food within walking distance are very limited. Taqueria El Antojo made quick food that satisfied reasonable expectations.

Surprisingly pleased with the price and quality of food. My new go-to for delicious, cheap Mexican food. Try the California Burrito.

It’s my new go-to taqueria. I really dig the food here. My wife gets asada tacos and I get the carnitas burrito with the works. Crazy good pork. Crispy and flavorful, without too much fat. Very glad we have this taco wagon in the Morgan Junction.

Great salsa! The chicken was very dry though. I know must of these trucks have their meat in a warmer, but it’s never usually this dry! I have tried many trucks before, but this one doesn’t season their meat very much either. I am very disappointed…

This won’t be too elaborate because, like my order, it’s a simple request gone very wrong. My partner & I just moved to this area of California Ave SW and decided to try out this taco truck on a low key night. I specifically asked for this: «Is there any way I can get a decent sized burrito with chicken, rice & cheese?» The friendly girl at the counter/window said«we can do that!» and she had me repeat the three items and then took my partner’s order. We’re at home soon thereafter and my burrito(smaller than I expected, but that’s beside the point) has what looks like refried beans and no cheese. We’re not entirely sure we can make out chicken but I’m sure it’s there. I’d post a picture but it would appear as though I barfed into a medium sized flour tortilla. But, that’s likely typical. So never again for me. I realize I’m a picky eater but in this case it should have only made their job easier. Fortunately this neighborhood has a ton of other food options!

I can see why I’m the first review. This little food truck is in the middle of bumf**k nowhere. I’m only here because I needed to get new tires. But yeah this mexi food is the real deal. 4 carne asada tacos for 5 bucks and the best 10 minutes of my week. Hot sauce kills and it looks like they make some really other tasty/dank delights. Definitely no frills, but kind of reminds me of the famous king taco down in LA. If I can find an excuse to come back, ill definitely use it. Screw it. I’ll probably just come back regardless of having an excuse.

I have passed by this food truck for a while and finally decided to stop and try it today. We ordered the burrito w/rice and beans and the 2-tamale special w/rice and beans. The food was absolutely the BEST Mexican food I have ever had outside of TX, CA or AZ. The meat to masa ratio in the pork tamales was just right, the burrito smothered in ranchero sauce was delicious and the rice and beans were also outstanding. I definitely will be back to try some of their other entrees especially the lengua tacos — hard to fine on anyone’s menu. This place is a winner?
