Tenth West deserves 5STARS! I went on a Wednesday, it was pretty slow. The atmosphere was relaxing. I felt as if I stepped into a home down South. Service was perfect, very friendly waiter. The food was generously portioned. The chicken was lightly seasoned and the crust was crispy, juicy, and chewy, just how i like it! The mac & cheese was also very good but the best part were my COLLARDGREENS. They were tender, moist, and had a tint of sugar. I loved it.

Went here for a quick brunch, but as luck would have it, we came in right after a group of 11. There were only two of us, and we both ordered scrambled eggs. The wait was long, and the waitresses seemed a little scattered; they weren’t sure if they had taken our order, and almost served us someone else’s order. Food was hot and delicious, once we received them. Would have been a better experience upon being seated to expect a longer wait. Overall, decent food in a nice little hole in the wall, but cannot handle large groups.

outstanding! Cute neighborhood place with a very nice menu, great coffees/teas and exceptional baked goods. Has a great feel to it. Would be a regular if I lived in the neighborhood.

This area is my absolute favourite spot to really go in Queen Anne. They appear to get the very best of everything and I Have also heard they occasionally do special orders for a product you are seeking. The owner is an absolute love as well as the staff is at least as friendly. Their home made deli foods are excellent!

Love this place for a super-relaxed weekend brunch. Absolutely no «scene». Food is made fresh to order, the specials are great, and the service super friendly. My kids practically luck their plates clean every time we go.

This darling hole-in-the-wall eatery was a great stop for lunch today! We enjoyed the fresh ingredients on the veg sammich and pesto panini. The egg salad is delicious without being heavy on relish/pickles. It is quite an adorable spot, and we will definitely stop back in! It is worth nothing that the location is small, so don’t plan on bringing a dozen people for breakfast.

I’ve only been here for lunch, but this is a nice little spot with a small store inside and friendly staff. It’s a casual place, a little neighborhood joint, and the food was really good. I loved the tomato dill soup(love that they used dill instead of the typical basil) and the bread with garlic butter that was served with it. If you’re in the area and are looking for a quiet brunch spot this is a good option.

One of the best breakfast i have had in a while. Their egg salad tasted so amazing and has gotten my faith in American food. It was the right amount of heavy for lunch and would go there again soon.

This place rules! Everything is fresh and made from scratch and it really makes a difference. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and everyone is so nice! Brunch is my favorite meal of the day and their mimosas are on point Also– their bacon is peppered and thick sliced, cooked to perfection. I really love the Rachel sandwich, which is a turkey Reuben. Overall I think they put a lot of love into their work, and you can truly taste it!

The shrimp Po boy was excellent. Thick succulent shrimp, lightly breaded with a complimenting sauce. Gumbo was filled with all the goodies and spiced to perfection! Delicious all around!

I am hooked! The breakfast egg scrambles are what I look forward to every time I come to work. I get to work an hour beforehand just so I can come here. The eggs are always perfect and oh man the breakfast potatoes!!! Jesse is an absolute doll, couldn’t be any nicer. Everyone here has been overwhelming kind and the food takes this place over the top! I only wish they were open later!

Love this place!!! We used to live in Arizona and back when they were the Icebox, this would be our first stop when visiting Seattle! Now that we decided to move to Seattle this is our favorite breakfast place and lunch! My fiancé tried the corn beef hash last week. Then he decided to compare it to another favorite, well let’s just say 10th Ave won! Very friendly staff, best French Press Coffee, and the best way to start your weekend off!!!

A five minute drive from the city this LQA neighborhood restaurant always feels like you’re far away from the city buzz. The staff is warm and greeting every time you come in the door. You immediately feel the good energy in this boutique country general store style breakfast/lunch joint. You really can’t go wrong with their French press style coffee for two or four. Breakfast has good mimosas and I’ve heard afternoon wine on the patio is also choice. To save the best for last the food here is absolutely top notch, particularly breakfast. Scrambles, bagel sandwiches, and their potatoes are unreal. Their breakfast chef, L, is amazing. Always open to special requests and conversation to patrons. First class food and experience for a reasonable price.

My review is based on lunch Items only. $ 10 for a tuna panini(no lettuce, tomato or anything else) was not worth it, and was pretty dry and uneventful. Love the atmosphere, and the breakfast items look great. Wouldn’t come back for a sandwich though– I am definitely still Hungry after that lackluster sandwich

I live a very tedious exhausting life. a lot of people will probably read that first line and be like«great… heeeeeeere we go», but it’s true. Like my father, and his father before him, i am nude yoga instructor who Moonlights as a gangster rap producer on the side. Why is this relevant you ask? Well i’ll tell you! To do i what i do(the way i do it) you must maintain a very balanced and well thought out diet. For me i am able to find all the nutritional values my body requires in-between naked yoga sessions and mixing the next Master P record right here at the ICEBOX. I’ve had almost every item on the menu and i’ve never missed a beat or slipped on my own sweat while doing a super bad ass naked downward dog. I’ll suggest this place to ALL my yoga clients(if i ever get some) and i have personally shared a cup of the fruit salad with 3 out of the 5 members of the Boo-Yaa T.R.I.B.E. while sitting on their delightful patio on a warm summers day. Don’t trip… eat at the ICEBOX.

I went here for brunch and it was superrrr crowded! It’s a hit spot on the weekends. It’s a mom and pop kind of café that also has some groceries. My boyfriend got the pesto sandwich with a side of fruit. I got the bagel egg sandwich and it was delicious! It was light, toasted, and very enjoyable :) My favorite part is that you can order french pressed coffee and they even give you your own press. I got a small one that’s enough for a cup of coffee. The people here are super nice and I’d definitely come back to try some of their other sandwiches and scrambles. I saw one of them and it looked sooo good. I’m usually not a huge fan of scrambles either.

Friendly staff who seem to genuinely enjoy working here and take pride in making a meal that will make you happy every time. I’ve been in here several times, for breakfast, lunch and coffee while getting some work done. The food has always been perfect. They cure all of their own meats so any sandwich will be delicious. They have the best rueben in Seattle, hands down.(They claim that’s it’s the best one PERIOD, and although I’ve been on a hunt for an even better one, they win so far!) The space is nice. It’s a little neighborhood deli and small grocery shop, but there are plenty of tables to get comfortably situated. Outdoor seating is available and must be awesome on a summer day. Because it’s a neighborhood shop that is family owned, they close«around two», but will sometimes stay open if they are busy enough. If you don’t want to miss it, get here before 2 and you should be fine. It’s a small inconvenience for us, but sounds like a fantastic way to accommodate your clientele and staff, who obviously love working there.
