Stopped by for lunch, place was not busy. Wife and I each ordered a flat bread pizza. Very Good and a good value. I had a pint of beer($ 7, a bit steep), but delivered quickly. Good service, good food, will go again.

This place definitely falls well under the category of great hole in the wall beer stop. And, it’s well known, meaning, you’ll be lucky to get a seat if you stop after work. I didn’t realize it when I was there, but definitely do from the photos on Unilocal that dogs are allowed. Great place, can’t wait to return.

Nice, super chill bar with a nice bartender that reminded me of Lauren Conrad! My hubby had a sandwich that he loved and we really enjoyed our beers! Oh keep in mind is beer and wine only, at least the night we were there 2 weeks ago. I’ll definitely come back when in the area.

Do you like neighborhood watering holes? This is the place. If I ever open a bar, it would be the Dray. Cool, laid back vibe. The food is really just snacks heated up in the convection oven — good for a quick bite or a light lunch — but part of the charm. Will be back for sure!

A neighborhood favorite! The perfect spot to pop in for a pint(or two) while walking around the neighborhood. Kid friendly until 8pm(or maybe 9pm). Dog friendly all the time. The flatbread pizzas are a tasty accompaniment for their wide variety of beers, cider and wine.

My visit was for late night drinks and snacks. We basically walked in to just have a few beers and a pretzel. This place is a bit on the small side and can easily get packed, but is worth the stop for the rotating taps and laid back atmosphere. For those of you not into bars with dogs, know that they place does allow them and people definitely take advantage of that so just a heads up. The pretzel was a bit doughy, but had a good crisp shell and thankfully not too much salt. Also, surprisingly, I enjoyed the both the sweet honey and the more spicy grain mustard that were providing for dipping. The beers were great as expected; local mostly or at least from the northwest area for the drafts and some other varieties for cans/bottles. The bartender was responsive and worked the place well so I never felt that we were not being attended to. The pizzas smelled amazing and I will definitely be stopping back again for one. TLDR version: GO!

Can I give the Dray a 6-Star review? Because that is what they deserve. Granted, I’m no regular but I’ve been in a handful of times– and every time have been totally pleased with the chill, laid back but friendly attitude, and delicious beer options on tap. However the last time I was in, the Dray and the people who staff it, totally won my heart. Came in about a month and a half ago, with an old high school friend and her family from out of town. I wanted to meet up in a place that was chill, where we could casually snack, sip a beer or two and hang for a while and catch up. We actually intended to go to another place close to the Dray(the Blue Glass, ahem) but the friends came with a young high school aged son in tow, so the first place kicked us out. Next stop was the Dray, where we were warmly greeted, and took our seat in the front corner, Just as I realized that we should order at the bar, but friends did not, and waved the bartender over. No matter, the young man who was working the bar took it all in stride, and came over with waters and totally made everyone feel welcome(what no curled lip and rolled eyes from a handsome hipster?) and right at home. He took our order at the table, not once making anyone feel stupid or simple or out of place. We ordered a handful of appetizers, as that was the only option at the time, some ice teas for the ma and son, and beer and cider for the dad and me. We stayed long, probably too long for how little we ordered, but again, the bartender and bar-back just smiled and took our plates. The out of towner friends LOVED the place, and I enjoyed spending some time with folks I hadn’t seen in 15 years. The vibe, good food and amazing customer service really sweetened the whole experience. And I tell ya, I will be back, solo, with friends, anytime I can think of– Thanks Dray, for being so close to my house, for having a great environment to meet friends in, and for rockin’ it with charm and kindness without a hint of swagger. You. Da. Bomb.

Love going to The Dray. They always have great craft beer on tap, their pizzas are pretty good, and best of all, they are dog friendly! And to clarify, they allow dogs INSIDE! The people who work there are always nice and most of them are pretty knowledgeable about beer as well so that’s also a plus :)

A great selection of beer and cider! Everything is a good price and it near lunar laundry. So it’s great for getting a beer while waiting for you load to dry.

Great neighborhood bar, usually quiet enough to have a good conversation and they usually have a nice rotating tap and selection of drinks. Nice atmosphere, good service, and always some awesome dogs to hang out with as well.

Other than the black dogs that like to occasionally lurk around the floor of this dimly lit bar(have tripped 3+ times trying to walk in), I think The Dray is one of Seattle’s finest places to grab a beer. Their selections are constantly changing, and always good. The ambiance is perfect and the help is pleasant. The food menu, while limited, is pretty excellent as well. The Hawaiian pizza is my favorite, but everything I’ve eaten has been pretty good. Highly recommend The Dray as the best of Stumbletown’s excellent bar scene.

This is one of our favorite neighborhood spots. It’s a small space, but has a relaxed atmosphere, is friendly and unique with the wooded interior. I’ve been here at least 8 times now and have never had a bad experience. I bring the kiddo, grab a beer for me, an apple juice for him and order us a flat bread pizza, pretzel and just enjoy hanging out. There are always soccer games on if you’re a fan and adorable dogs hang out from big to small. The rotating taps are always a fun surprise as it forces me to try new beer both local and non. Food is limited, but given the space offers more than enough options for a snack or a meal. I’m sure I’ll keep coming back.

This place has two things I love: Cider and Dogs! I came in here after reading a review from a fellow Unilocaler and she recommended a cider for me to try. I was very excited to check this place out and try this new tasty cider she raved about. When I got there I didn’t find it on the menu. I either over looked it or it wasn’t in rotation. Nonetheless I got the Ace Apple Cider which was delicious. It’s on the sweet side, which is something I like but I know it’s not a priority for all. It came in this glass mug that was smaller than a pint glass. Perfect size for me. In addition to that, you can bring your dogs here! I walked in and was greeted by this big, sweet, chocolate lab named Mr. Mocha. I got a lot of love, which made my day! I love that Seattle has more of these types of bars popping up. It’s great to be able to grab a drink with your furry friend and enjoy the company of other people’s dogs. This place doesn’t serve food, but I believe you’re allowed to bring outside food in. They also serve coffee and hot cocoa! There was a pretty good list of beers on the menu. I’m not a beer drinker but the people I were with liked what they ordered. The bartender was very nice and helpful with picking a drink.

It’s tiny and it looks like a sauna. Super cozy little neighborhood joint with great drink options(I haven’t tried the food). I especially like that they allow dogs. I had the best cider of my life, which was the Snowdrift Nebula Red cider and I will be back for that for sure. It’s also a great place to go on a chilly evening and get a hot cocoa.

I really like this place! They have several beers on tap and a limited food menu. We shared the turkey sandwich which was solid. We agreed it could have had a bit more flavor but it was all in all pretty good. $ 9 for the sandwiches with a small side salad or fries. I was surprised they didn’t have a vegetarian option for a sandwich and had three meat sandwiches. The menu included flat breads, a soft pretzel, and some small bites in addition to the sandwiches. They are dog friendly! We all enjoyed our beers. They seem to be IPA heavy but this could have been due to the fact that it was Seattle Beer Week. This would be a great place to return for an intimate, low-key date.
