If you enjoy paying a lot only to be waken up every single day (including weekends) at 6 am or earlier due to a combination of the worst sound insulation between floors ever and YOLO neighbors, this is your place. I have lived in places elsewhere and paid less than half as much, like in college, where this was never an issue. Been here about a year and there is very high turnover (all my neighbors are gone) probably due to the issues above.
I asked management to address the issue (there are many cost effective ways to do so), but I believe it is third party management, so they cannot do much since the owner would need to make upgrades. I think this property is owned by Jones Lang LaSalle out of Chicago so I am sure they could care less about the quality of life of their residents in Seattle.
I do want to note management is very responsive to concerns, but seems powerless to enact any changes or enforce rules (unless it is a major violation),

Scheduled a showing. We waited around, nobody showed up. Called the office, nobody picked up. Left a message. No response. Not coming back, I can only assume what their response time is for maintenance issues.

Nice apartments located centrally in upper Queen Anne. We almost signed the lease, but realized that it was not exactly what we were looking for. Biggest issues were the fact that there are no amenities on site, though you could use them at Slate (at Interbay, about a 10min drive away), which is also where the leasing office was. We also were pressured by the leasing agent to try and decide quick. He told us he had several appointments the next day, and we later found out he wasn’t even working that day. I don’t appreciate dishonesty in an already hot sellers market. It made me wonder whether they were having trouble renting out some of the units.
Either way, we ended up renting from a private condo owner in Denny Triangle. Definitely a better deal than the new constructions run by big leasing firms, you just have to find them.
