The Happy Chefs Catering Company

We hired Ray and Annie to make some small appetizers for our work Christmas party this year and they certainly surprised me!
Fresh, unique made from scratch food impressed everyone at the party. I still have people asking me for recipes! They were on-​time (actually early) and ready to go in minutes. It was the most stress free catering experience I’ve ever had. Best of all, they delivered everything in plastic disposable bowls and plates so I didn’t have to return a thing!
Overall I will choose them again and again. They did so well I just had to share!

Ray and Ann recently catered our work holiday lunch and they are amazing! The food was fantastic! The variety was incredible and everything was prepared perfectly. They arrived an hour before our event, set up and stayed through the entire event. Their setup was beautiful — festive tableclothes, poinsettas, Christmas trees, white dinnerware. The menu they presented for our event was marinated flank steak, stuffed pork loin (with granny smith apples — yum!), chicken satay, lemony broccoli and chickpea rigatoni, salad bar, rolls & butter, brussel sprouts with chestnuts and bacon, grilled potato and onion salad, roasted roots and perfect basmati pilaf. They also had roasted grape tomatoes with ciabatta bread as a starter. Some of the comments from the staff were «best holiday lunch ever», «the catering was very good eats» and «that pork dish was the bomb». We will definitely use them in the future! Great company, great people. Oh and I should mention they left our lunchroom cleaner than it was before they got here! Thank you Happy Chefs!
