I am amazed by the high quality of customer service at the Pandora store. Shopping here was such a breeze. Nasiya helped me picking out my ring and other jewelry. She was so patient and sweet the whole time. Stress free. I will definitely come back and bringing friends with me. Keep up the good work! 5 stars for Nasiya!

solid 3.5 for their service, really. In particular Richelle who knows how to wheel and deal, my kind of gal ;) told her I’m out of town, so she offered tax exempt. as well as free charms for the promotion of month and some wiggle room on these $ 2000 high quality sterling silver. wow had no idea. they also have security latches too so none fall off. designed in Denmark, made in Thailand, if u really had to know. ;))) located beside Victoria secret

Stopped by here on the way to the monorail. Nice store but with all the lights it was a bit warm after awhile. We were looking for a local charm. Found what we were looking for but the sales person kept pushing for us to buy a safety chain. Don’t care for pushy sales person.

I had recently received a bracelet with 2 charms as a gift and I purchased a few other charms. I came in the other day trying to find some clips so the charms would not slide around and also, I saw the new spring collection with cherry blossoms online. CJ helped me and he was very patient in helping me choosing the perfect clips that would compliment the charms I had. He also helped arrange my charms and clips to create the best symmetry. I love my bracelet and charms so much more! I ended up getting two clips and 1 charm.

How come nobody has reviewed this place yet?! My girlfriend was visiting and introduced me to Pandora. She was super excited to see the store since they don’t have it where she lives and she has a Pandora bracelet. We went in and a nice lady helped her buy some charms and put it on her bracelet for her. I had never been inside before nor did I know anything about the brand so I didn’t know where to begin! I was surrounded by cases and cases of beautiful charms and walls of jewelry! They seriously have a charm for everything! I am the ultimate girly girl so this was heaven! I started looking around and flipping through catalogs while I waited for my friend. I quickly realized that I, too, wanted a Pandora charm bracelet. A salesperson(I don’t remember his name but he is a white male of average height I would guess in his late 20s or 30s) came over to help me. It was pretty clear that I was new to the brand and wouldn’t be buying today but he told me all about the bracelets. He took the time to show me all the different options of bracelets and metals and showed me sterling silver vs mixed metals, colored beads vs charms-only etc. styles. He was so patient and took things out, gave me an idea of the pricing and made sure I had plenty of catalogs and his business card so I could take them home and think about it some more. My friend and I were both impressed by how helpful he was. I haven’t had a chance to buy a Pandora bracelet yet. They are pricey. A full charm bracelet(that one would spend years collecting) could be worth a good grand! However, it’s def on my wish list and I’m planning to get one soon. I’ve been to the Bellevue store and nobody helped me. When I am ready, I am going to dig up that business card, find the same salesperson and come down to the U-Village store!
