I worked with Candi of Thrifty Events on a complicated multi-​day conference and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! She jumped in to the project only a few months before the event and hit the ground running. The event was all inclusive for our small number of guests (less than 20) and was very intensive. We literally had to have every activity planned down to the minute for a full 14 hours each day for 3 days. The planning involved flights, meals, activities, presentations, transportation, you name it! Our budget was not extravagant, however, so I was impressed with her creativity with making the event classy while staying reasonably priced.
She has a wonderfully bubbly personality but is also no-​nonsense. She will be open and honest with you about what will and will not work given the budget and time frame. She did a great job of asking questions along the way to ensure the final event was executed perfectly and the guests left with a great experience. Candi has a really incredible way of remaining calm, cool and collected throughout the entire planning process (which is much appreciated because I am a bit more high strung). I am so impressed with her ability to keep all of the little details organized and under control. I would definitely recommend working with her on any event needs, from weddings, parties, multi-​day conferences and anything in between. She is simply the best!
