Delish! best teriyaki in the area. The owners are very nice. I like the kalbi short ribs and the lunch special the best.

A favorite spot. Great chicken teriyaki cooked to order and great goyoza. No extra charge for brown rice which is fantastic!

I ordered the«spicy» teriyaki and I was not spicy at all, they had a very small salad on the side without even giving me dressing but at least the service was good

The chicken and gyoza was pretty good. The yakisoba had way too much cabbage, but the few noddles that were in there were good.

Love this teriyaki eatery! The food is always lean fresh and absolutely delicious! The head counter person is alway welcoming and in a good mood with smiles. Plenty to choose from menu items and I’ve never received a bad meal or service. A must repeated stop always great quality food and servic

fast, fresh chicken teriyaki. Not a fancy spot but as a causal place I’m a big fan. Adding fried rice is 2 bucks which is my only complaint Was worried about some of the low reviews here but this spot ended up being exactly what I wanted

Love this place, best I’ve had in the area, I definitely come back for more. It hits the spot when I crave it.

«Meh. I’ve experienced better.» is exactly how I describe my first time here. The«daily special» is the same price as other places normal fares(maybe bc it’s the only teriyaki joint in the immediate area), which wasn’t a great deal considering how thin, dry, and limited the chicken pieces were.

I live across the street from Toshi’s and it hits the spot every single time! I usually order spicy chicken with a side of Gyoza and a side of Kim Chee. The owners are sweet and friendly. The chicken is plentiful always! They even serve brown rice! When I am in a hurry and need to eat, Toshi’s is always at the top of my list as an option.

Remember that teriyaki emergency I wrote about in my last review? Yup. It happened. I was literally seated at another restaurant and they didn’t have what I wanted so I drove here as I needed some teriyummy goodness. Knowing they didn’t have good spicy chicken(meaning, it wasn’t spicy to begin with) I decided to just go with their regular chicken teriyaki to eat there. There was only one other man in the restaurant. I upgraded to brown rice(for free) and I think this is where it’s at. I was satisfied with the amount of rice, chicken and the salad dressing was still boring(and I was happy it was dairy-free). Good food, still loud charismatic phone conversations, and I’ll be back to get take out.

Quality of quantity. That’s the only reason I gave it 3 stars. The food was better than a lot of the local teriyaki places. Quanity on the other hand is lacking. Just a few more pieces of meat would’ve gotten an extra star. Helpful/friendly cashier, easy parking, good location.

The teriyaki here is yummy, The flavor is on point and so good. It is pricey but considering the area it is reasonable. Tables were a little sticky and needed better wiping and the high chair was kinda dirty too, so the clean profile needs to step it up a little. But overall I come and grab something to eat here whenever I am next door. Very friendly owners! Try it out I know you’ll like it!

I got there at 11:15 on Monday. They open at 11:00 I noticed. They took my order REALLY fast and then I waited, standing in the middle of the small restaurant area where the line forms. I noticed they were not serving people in the order of arrival. In-fact this one guy was sitting at the table and was finally asked what did he order. I thought would be next but even people that got there after him were served before him. Even I was served before him. Not even the self serve water was out. In the end when i ate the teriyaki I had ordered… it was delicious and I’m glad I waited. Maybe the trick is not to get there when they first open because they were not ready for their guest and were quit disorderly in getting the food out and 35 minutes standing around waiting in a place like this in not cool.

Toshi’s has the best lunch specials on 45th! You cannot beat their chicken teriyaki. The lunch teriyaki comes with rice, salad and two dumplings so much and the price is very worth it! They have many options but basically do everything right! They are fast for lunch and the meals always come out tasting with the same greatness!

Placed a multi-person order for pick-up. When I got the orders back at my office, multi-disappointment. The special order was incomplete(no gyoza), one was very small in portion(almost no beef in the beef teriyaki), and the meat in the yakisoba was WAY overcooked. On top of this, the recylclable containers they package the food in for takeout was falling apart within minutes.

I like them, but they charge way too much for teriyaki. I’ve had better but it was good. If i wanted to spend a lot of money on teriyaki, i’d go here. but they are good nonetheless. :)

Better the average teriyaki. My favorite is beef. I’m less impressed with non teriyaki dishes.

Toshi’s Teriyaki IS really good. I usually get the teriyaki(DUH!). It’s good, even though the salad that comes with it isn’t very, well, satisfactory. It’s just about 3 – 5 medium/small ice-burg lettuce leaves, some shredded carrot, a few pieces of cabbage, and dressing. For a side dish, it is kind of small. Anyway, this place is yummy. It’s a hidden away, near Jak’s and Varlomos. Some people just pass it by and go to the bigger, fancier places, but they should give it a shot.

Hey, I like it, even if it is not bratwurst. I get the chix lunch special which has plenty of meat and three gyozas. I call ahead, ready in 10 min. It may take a while but that is probably because they cook to order.
