If you’re looking for an affordable place to fix your car. Bring it to trans auto! Doesn’t look like much from the outside. But these mechanics are experienced and very professional.
I needed to get my brakes done. And didn’t want to pay expensive dealership prices. So I was in the area and dropped by to see what tran could do for me. He gave me a quick quote and I actually negotiated him down $ 30 less then the original quote. (Can’t do that at dealership)
He told me it would take him about 3 hours to complete the job. And called me 2 hours later to tell me he was done. Under Promise and over delivered!
Any future car maintenance, I’m definitely bringing my Acura RL here!

I have to be honest from the get-​go I didn’t want to take my car here. It looked like the typical rundown kind of place where people take their cars to die. I knew I had a timing belt issue and called around. Tran gave me the best quote at 25% less than the next lowest.
I was still a bit leary of taking my car there but I also want to support the small local business when I can, so I against my better judgement, I brought it in. Tran took the car while I went to work and assessed the state of my car.
He was thorough and found problems with my timing belt and water pump, front brakes, catalytic converter, and the oil seals top and bottom. I was skeptical but I agreed to let him do the entire thing because I need my car.
Over the course of the next few days Tran completed the work and called to let me know it was all set. I paid and took the car home with me…
Here is what separates Tran from just about anyone else I have worked with… he called at least once every couple of days for the first week to see how everything went and if I had any questions or concerns. Who does this anymore?
I can tell he isn’t trying to «sell» me something, he’s friendly, and got all of the work done faster than expected.
At the end of it, the question is would I bring my car back there…
