Turmeric ‘n More

What is a 43-​year-​old with no discernible cooking skills to do? Fortunately, there is an excellent answer to that question. The food is absolutely wonderful (with so many much-​appreciated vegan options), the customer service is excellent and I could not be happier with the results.

The food is fantastic and top notch. This is home cooked with the owner, Mrs. Bukhari, putting in her heart and soul to deliver ‘authentic’ cuisine. In addition, they accommodate many food preferences, including the numerous vegan options. The delivery is also timely and courteous. Great to have such fantastic comfort food in Seattle! Go Turmeric n’More!!!

Love, love Turmeric n More. So much so, I have recommended it to a couple of my co-​workers and they love it too. The quality of food is very good, tastes healthy (none of the heavy buttery taste you get from Indian restaurants), convenient in terms of delivery. Also, Mrs. Bukhari (owner of Turmeric n more) is a warm, amazing person and she has been very flexible and helpful when I have had family visit from India. My husband and his family have grown up eating biriyanis and kababs in Delhi and Lucknow in India and they attest to the authenticity of the flavors!

I want to sincerely Thank Turmeric n More for for sending a very elegant and yet quality and home made food right at our door step. We all loved it specially kids. Its not very pricey too and the quality & quantity is worth every penny.
I would keep ordering and would highly recommend them.

Great choice for frozen meals. I happened across this place when I was driving on 99 and saw their delivery car, I wrote down the name and looked it up when I got home. I took a chance as I’d never heard about it and there aren’t any quality review on Unilocal,and I’m glad I did.
The first order is a little pricey as you need to pay the deposit for the freezer bag, so all in all I paid about $ 70 for 6 frozen meals (next time it would be $ 50). The portions aren’t what most would consider «American» style portions, where one dish feeds four, however so far I’ve found each dish to be plenty for two meals. There are gluten free and other options which is great, and they are extremely responsive via email.
The first order arrived sometime in the morning on Sunday and I put it straight in the freezer as I had plenty of other food to go through, but I finally took some of it out and brought it to work for lunch and it’s been great so far.
Edit: I recant my previous statement of lacking quality reviews — I didn’t realize Unilocal has a «filtered reviews» section which for whatever reason is hiding the other 30+ review for this place.
