DO NOT GO TO DR WARE! Bad quality of work, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS OR RESPECT THEIR TIME. Terrible customer service. A filling that was just over 1 year old fell out the other day. My new dentist called their work «interesting and not the way they would do it.» I had been going to University Dental Associates for over 10 years, up until recently I have only had cleanings. I work in Redmond and had been going to him for 10+ years. I was running late and called ahead to let them know and make sure I didn’t need to reschedule, the receptionist told me she would just cancel my appointment… Really. I called to let them know I was running late, and they didn’t even bother to help me reschedule a cleaning and even worse canceled my appointment. I reminded her that Seattle traffic sucks and I would appreciate it if they could fit me in considering I was on my way. She went so far as to threaten to «tell the dentist if I have a problem with her decision.» A week later I got a letter saying that I can take my business elsewhere. Un real! They have no problem making you wait but won’t bother to work with their patients who call head instead of showing up late? If you want your fillings to fall out and to be jerked around by a rude receptionist this is the place for you. Horrible!

Best dentist experience I have ever had! For the first time in my life I can honestly say I had a relaxing, fun, and enjoyable trip to the dentist! I was taken care of by Carolynn and Dr. Wilson; phenomenal service, great recommendations regarding best dental hygiene, and explaining what they were doing and most importantly WHY they were doing it. I will be coming back here for as long as I possibly can. Thank you everyone!
