This receptionist is the frakkin best! I wanna marry her! She got me in super fast and my eye exam was fast and thorough just the way I like it! Dr. Conrad rocks… just like The Scorpions!
Plus, now I can see! (better than I can hear)

I am beginning to think one of my hobbies is going to eye doctors. After my HORRIBLE experience at The Optical Shoppe Inside Fred Meyer, I went to Costco for yet another eye exam and contact lens fitting. What a difference! I was actually nervous after my previous experience at Fred Meyer, but Dr. Conrad quickly put me at ease and was very professional. Although I have worn contacts since I was in Junior High, this was the first time I needed bifocals! He explained I might have to return to his office several times as bifocals could be tricky to get the up close and far away vision adjusted. He does not charge anything after the initial eye exam, so those follow-​up visits were free. Each time I have returned after trying a pair of contacts, he has been cordial, helpful and understanding. It took two additional visits, but I think I have found the right contacts. He does not take insurance, but my insurance company let me submit the bill for partial reimbursement of what I paid out of pocket, which was $ 95. The contacts he prescribed were reasonable priced; ¹⁄₃ of what I was prescribed by the optometrist at Fred Meyer, and he even suggested I check online contact lens distributors to see if I could get them for even less money. All in all a good experience!
