Yeti Yogurt

I went along with a group from work to Yeti for a snack break. It was my first time in any such establishment: I didn’t really know that self service yogurt places existed. I liked the set up, appreciated the opportunity to sample, and liked what I got. The fresh fruit was all good, as was the yogurt. I tried one that was labelled «tart,» but it really wasn’t. Not a bad deal for an active culture, fresh fruit, and a modest number of calories. Clearly, you have to watch the toppings choice on the calorie side. You could easily go large in a hurry with some of the stuff on the other end from the fruit.

Frozen yogurt here is good, about average tasting, like other places, but they have a lot of flavors to choose from. They also have a lot of toppings to choose from.

It’s okay. When we went there many flavors and toppings were sold out. Nothing surprising.

They have many different dairy free flavors that are very good! Also a great assortment of toppings!

The yogurt is great, nice selection not too much dripping. Good amount of toppings. not too expensive. The staff is super nice, at least the one I got. What I love most is the interior. It’s very modern and aesthetically appealing, i might even get yogurt just to be in the building VERY spacious, especially compared to the yogurtland that shut down which was cramped. it’s far down the ave but it’s worth the walk.
Also my second favorite part is their cups and spoons are compostable, a big plus for me

Yeti Yogurt is awesome! Great flavors, tons of fresh toppings plus friendly service. It definitely stands up to the competition of Yogurtland and Menchie’s. My only complaint is that they never seem to have a full wall of froyo flavors — something is always out.

I can’t believe Yogurtland closed. This place cannot compare to my favorite froyo, Yogurland’s matcha, taro, and pistacio flavors.
First off, the cashier that works here when I go looks grouchy all the time. hire some decent happy goers to promote your froyo.
Also, I decided to give this place another try and the second time around, froyo was watery. I wish you would fix your machines.
Second, I think you should resort to original flavors instead of the wild flavors that seem to just taste like sugar to me. While some may prefer exotic flavors, I prefer pistachio, taro, strawberry etc.

This yogurt shop is probably one of the nicest decorated yogurt shops I’ve ever visited. The interior is large and spacious. There are lots of tables for groups or individuals, and there’s a nice arrangement of plush chairs and a couch around a fireplace. Yeti yogurt has tons of flavors, but regrettably they limit you to 2 samples. I understand that many people do take advantage of sample cups but I think 2 is a little too restrictive when you have 12+ flavors available.
They also have a huge toppings bar with all kinds of candies, fruits, and syrups. I tend to stick to plain yogurt. Maybe some chocolate chips. Even so, I appreciate the great selection of toppings.
As far as the yogurt itself goes, I thought it was good but I prefer the flavor at other chains. Since I only was able to try two separate flavors, I stuck with those but wasn’t completely satisfied with them. It didn’t taste as creamy as the yogurt I’ve had at other yogurt shops. Maybe the other flavors were better? I don’t know because I couldn’t try them!
While the yogurt wasn’t my favorite, it still was a tasty treat. I think if I were with a group of friends and wanted to grab some froyo I’d opt to come to Yeti Yogurt because the shop is such a great place to chill out in.

Like any other frozen yogurt place. Consistent with having good, interesting flavors, the“norm” (tart, vanilla, etc.) and a mix of some strange should-​not-​have-​been-​created yogurts.
I had the pineapple sorbet, the berry sorbet, the berry yogurt, vanilla (the gluten free one, I believe), peanut butter, and a sampling of the banana.
Pineapple had an artificial candy taste, but was decent; wouldn’t mind getting a tiny bit of it. The same applies to the banana. The berry yogurt is very thick; the dairy texture is heavily present. Which is why I liked the berry sorbet better; cleansing, sharp, icy. The vanilla was similar to the sorbet flavors. Cutting; not thick. The peanut butter was thick like the berry yogurt, and didn’t taste peanut butter-​y enough. The richness that peanuts have were not translated well into the yogurt.
Surprised by the cost of the frozen yogurt. It seems to be more expensive than Yogurtland, and other like frozen yogurt places. The 30% Pirq discount is very useful here.

You know how cops stereotypically say «move along, nothing to see here»? Well, that’s exactly what I want to say about Yeti Yogurt. This is a fairly generic clone of Yogurtland farther south on the Ave. You might as well go there instead. In other words, Yeti Yogurt is nothing special. It’s just a novelty.
You grab a cup and serve yourself here, so you get to control what flavors you get and how much you’re getting. The option to swirl two flavors together is available. I got everything that interested me into one cup and it came up to $ 6.06. The yogurt itself wasn’t bad, but it’s just too expensive and you could be getting better deals.

The inside is amazing and clever (what with the Yeti/​Abominable Snowman displays) and the flavors are all extremely good (my favorites are the pistachio and the salty caramel), but the one thing that made me not give it more stars is this: one of the toppings was completely stale. First of all, the teddy graham that was in the tube LOOKED stale, and so I took a bite and almost spit it out. The topping was completely stale, leaving a cardboard yucky taste in my mouth.
However, besides that topping, the other toppings were fine and the froyo itself if pretty good.

As with many other froyo places, Yeti offers a variety of frozen yogurt flavours and toppings. I found their flavours a bit too generic (pineapple, raspberry, chocolate, caramel, etc.) and too sweet.
Only one girl was working when my friend and I got there, and she did a great job keeping the place neat and tidy. I like the seating area (I wish the fireplace had been on!!) Also, I wish they’d offer real whipped cream instead of Cool Whip (ugh)!!

Excellent froyo with great variety and even a nice selection of fruit sorbets. I really liked the NY cheesecake and the strawberry sorbet and loved the cereal toppings. They also have mochi toppings and several lactose free flavors as well. The seating is also very comfortable and you can pick between a booth or table.

I can’t fathom giving a 5-​star review to any froyo place other than Blissberri in Bellevue Square because their Watermelon Sorbet is the greatest flavor ever, but Yeti Yogurt is pretty fantastic and comes very, very close.
They have A TON of flavor options and toppings, and it’s super cheap (unlike Blissberri)! I’ve never seen a topping tray that wasn’t at least half full, and they really have something for everyone. I love the open layout of the whole place, especially the topping bar, since you don’t have one person holding up the line. It’s also super clean in here and there are a ton of places to sit!

This place is located around 47^th so it’s father than yogurtland but the change of flavors is really nice.
It has a lot of unique flavors that yogurtland doesn’t have, such as apple crisp, huckleberry, orchid cherry, peach cobbler and more!
There are a ton of toppings as well. They have some that yogurtland doesn’t such as chocolate covered gummy bears and yogurt pretzels.
I really like the size and atmosphere of the place. It’s spacious and has a nice fireplace feeling to it.
I’m taking away one star because the froyo melts way too fast. The consistency is not like yogurtland who’s shape can stay put for longer than yetis. However, flavors are really great, toppings are good, and atmosphere is pleasant.

They offer discounts through pirq. 3 stars because I like its spacious seating area.

Say what! I chose Yeti over Yogurtland AND Menchies? Why indeed, folks, I did. Has the world turned inside down, upside out, and backwards?
Nope. Yeti just had far superior flavor choices.
I walk into YL… wow, that is just sad. I walk into Menchie’s. Wow, I might just bawl.
I walk into Yeti! Oreo cookie cheesecake flavor, Freddi’s favorite (what I like to call maple waffle), mocha! YES, YES, YES. The yogurt here is also super creamy and flavorful.
Flavors: So this Yeti has almost the exact same flavors as the Queen Anne one.
Toppings: And even more toppings! Coffee cake crumble topping was a standout as was cake batter balls, and choc covered cookie dough.
Sample cups. Single ones instead of 2 stacked like at the other Yeti, but these are big boy/​girl sample cups size-​wise.
Plus, this Yeti is bigger in size with tons of seating… also the way it is layed out/​lit reminds me of a cross between a Virgin America flight and a super trendy club… kinda sorta.
What is keeping it from the coveted 5^th star? The only thing I like more than eating yogurt is eating infinite amounts of yogurt. Yogurt is healthy/​low calorie, you say? Ummm no it’s not. Now, whey protein yogurt is healthy. So once Yeti gets this (yes, it does exist at other yogurt places so don’t say it doesn’t), then I would give it the 5 stars. But, some of the best flavors I have ever seen.

Dey got mo gurt-​gurt toppings than Pablo Picasso got women. Pablo came before Drizzy, before Aubrey sat at home and was undressin his Ken dolls. If Pablo were still alive, he’d paint Yeti Yogurt and it’d still look better than yo crush’s bedroom.
This place is family-​safe. You can bring your family to keep you safe while you eat yourself foolish and embarrass yo lineage. Bring a napkin and some class, but leave them at the door, because you don’t need none.
And the yogurt will waltz dolphins. It’s all up in my bazootie.
