Recently purchased a new mattress from Lori’s and very happy. Love seeing a good selection of products to choose from, other than big box stores and mattresses made in China. At Lori’s all are made in the USA.
With this mattress there were no off gases (like the junk made in China). After a couple days (me just adjusting to a new bed), I’m snoozing all night. Do yourself a favor and take a pretty drive up to Sebastopol and check out her selection. You’ll be pleased you did. Let’s keep supporting our local business owners.

I have purchased several mattresses from Laurie. I you are shopping mattresses now, you can stop. It’s not worth the confusing scan business that is. Lori has a great line of very comfortable mattresses. I was even able to afford the fancy pillow top models on a teacher’s salary. I have another one Lori’s mattresses for the room I AIRBNB rent. It has slept well 80 people, each one commenting on how comfortable the bed was. I am about to purchase another mattress from her, and will do so again and again as long as she is in business and I live in this are. i cannot recommend her more highly.

Great experience with Lori. She was patient as I visited her shop multiple times and «slept» on the same beds over and over whilst deciding between them. The bed I chose, she happened to have in stock so she delivered it the same day and was flexible with my schedule. The delivery cost was included in the cost of the bed, so I got a good quality, semi-​natural mattress with a 20 yr warrenty for around $ 1250. I’m very satisified and will definitely go back when it’s time to get a mattress for the guest room.

After 17 years carrying around our old mattress we decided to get a new one. We shopped around and found «lori’s half price mattress». We found the perfect mattress at her shop for 1⁄3 of the price at other stores. Lori was wonderful. Helpful and very patient. She delivered and helped set up, and took away our old mattress. After 6 months enjoying our new purchase and sleeping super well… We went back for another one for our son! If we had more beds… We would get more, until then, I just tell everybody about our great experience, and it’s possible to get a great mattress for 1⁄3 of the price.

I am a small business owner who recently relocated to the area. I read about Lori on Unilocal and gave her a call. I had been sleeping on a futon and an inflatable bed for a few months during the sale of my home and the move to CA. WOW am I grateful I called her. Last night I had the best sleep I’ve had in months. I was so excited I got in bed before the sun went down. Lori was a wealth of information and had plenty of inventory to choose from. Best part… she delivers! Yep, she showed up at my house at 9:30 herself with my new bed. I’d say kudos’ to her as a small business owner, who gets the job done. I highly recommend visiting her store if you’re looking for a new bed. Call ahead and make an appointment-she’s a working mom. You’ll get personal attention doing so and you’ll sleep better too!

***** 5 star all the way!!! ***** The shop has lots of choices! It is in the Starbucks plaza in Sebastopol. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and fast! Make sure to call if it is closed, she works often by private appointment, and is very accommodating. She also carries organic mattresses at half the cost you would pay at another store. We purchased today and she is going to deliver at no extra charge. We really appreciated the private appointment she set up with us, allowing us to test the beds (lay around on different ones for as long as we wanted). Also, she gave us individualized attention and answered all of our questions. Its great to support a small community store! ~ Bonus: our bed also comes with a 20 year warranty!

I really didn’t want to buy a mattress from a big chain store and I really didn’t want to spend a lot of money, either. So, I did a bit of research and found Lori. She was great and made a next day appointment for us. Her shop was a bit hard to find, even though we knew just where to look, but we found it in just an extra moment or so. Lori was welcoming, kind & professional. She showed us what she had available and made us feel we had all the time we needed to try out the mattresses, explaining the differences and even offering us a very low cost option. We went for a middle of the road choiceand she delivered it that afternoon! I’m just about to enjoy my second night of sleep on the new bed & I couldn’t be happier.

I met Lori at her storage/​store and she was really friendly and made a fabulous first impression. Her mattresses are all new and in perfect shape with the plastic still on. I got a $ 800 mattress for $ 300 and it’s really comfortable.

What a great buy and experience! I was initially a little wary, but called Lori to ask a few questions. She answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally, and we set up a time to meet. She’s a one-​woman show, and has a small showroom right on Gravenstein Highway. Lori sells brand new mattresses from Spring Air and Cannon, both manufactured in Northern California. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress. The price was incredible. Her service was fantastic. She delivers! What more could you want? I’d buy my next mattress here in a heartbeat.
