I can’t believe how much this shop has effected our impression of Sebastopol and the people here. They are all so so nice! This is a small family-owned business and you feel that warmth when you go inside!
They have never been out of stock of anything I have ever needed on a whim, and honestly, InkSale is THE cheapest, most affordable place compared to anywhere around here. –Even cheaper than Amazon, which is awesome! We go right in, are treated like family, and we get the best possible prices. Plus, you support a family-run business! Seriously– the best place to shop!

Been going here for my ink for over 10 years. Amazing how much money I save. My toner cartridges are about half price from staples and they are locale to me. I have had 1 bad cartridge over the years and it was replaced with no questions asked. When I go in they remember me and what products I use. Free candy and a goodie for my dog are on the counter for me to take. GREAT SMALL TOWN SERVICE
I have no idea why the lady above had issues with them. I guess just like there can be a bad cartridge there can be a bad customer. Never the less, I recommend them to everyone when the subject comes up.

The first remanufactured cartridge didn’t work but they exchanged it for another one with no problem and it works. Very friendly service too.
