Just had a pleasant experience with Debbie at the front office. I needed that coating redone on my lenses and there was zero hassle, zero upsell for new lenses or frames.

Today was my first trip to see Dr. Lutz.
Not only did I feel totally at ease and like I was talking to an old friend, I must second the other reviewer that Debby is also a total delight to work with. What a sweet and kind place to have my eyes checked.
I felt great about my visit, good about my frames purchase and part of me kind of wishes I had more reasons to go in and have my eyes checked! haha
If you need frames, lenses, an eye exam or all of the above and don’t have a regular optometrist or want a new one — I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Dr. Lutz has been my optometrist for years. He’s friendly and conscientious, and doesn’t push your eyes by raising your prescription too high. Debby, his assistant, is a treasure. She goes above and beyond the call of duty in all instances.
