Nothing overly special or different than other McDonald’s. But service was satisfactory and food was to be expected. Really it’s just the sentimental value of coming here over the past 20−30years… Sad to see it closed, my kids will miss it too

MARCO was very friendly & the service was fast. Since becoming pregnant, I come often. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I live within a block so it’s convenient. I always get a Big Mac w/fries and 2 sides of Mac sauce. At other McDonalds when I ask for sides of sauce, I OFFERTOPAY for it, and I get attitude. NOTHERE!!! I am always treated well here. THANKSEVERYONE

Dirty, needs a overhaul, old and showing its age. Service has been good thus far.

I was treated quite rudely in here today. First, the«server» was flirting with and old gentleman and took a long time to wait on me. As soon as he left, the smile came off her face. She never once said anything pleasant to me, not even«thank you». She made a mistake on my order, did not offer me a receipt. I think there are unemployed people who might be more polite to do this job. Boooo! This server should be retrained or fired!

Terrible. I went through the drive thru, got nuggets and specifically asked if the hot mustard sauce was in the bag. The drive thru person specifically asked the other woman, who lied and said yes it was in there. I got home 20 mins later and no sauce. Had to drive back, was furious, I got no apology just a blank look from the liar. Had to insist the entire order be redone. Moronic idiots is the nicest thing I can say about the staff. I rarely went here, now I will never go here. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible… negative stars… I went to the drive through, the girl was incredibly rude. when I got to the window she was even more rude and it took them about four minutes for them to even acknowledge that I was at their window… then to top it off my burger was super dry except for the 5 tbsps of mayo and cold overly salted fries… I should have just waited one more mile to Sequoia Burger…

Sort of a redneck homeless vibe, but fast service and they got our order right.

this Mcdonald’s has been here for decades. it may be only fast food franchisee in town. except for banks and retailers(safeway, whole foods), few corporate names are seen in this town. over the years, i got monopoly game pieces, big macs, apples pies, softies here,… never used the drive thru. just park and ordered at the counter. pour: coffee(1) –not as good as the organics in town –better than the other big box retailers –coffee mostly smooth, not very bold. –ok for the price. drips: –skipping most of the food though.

Walking in will assure you a higher quality service. I’d give this place more stars than the predecessor reviewers mainly because of the fact that this is the only place open past 9pm on this side of town(I can only give negative assurance on this– Papas Y Pollo is the only other place that stays open late), which has sadly saved lives– especially those stuck at the Fairfield Inn nearby. When I had walked in the girl was quick to ask if I was going to order french fries– she’d start the process immediately since it takes 3 – 5 minutes to make them(this is something you’ll never get with a drive-thru inquiry!). It worked out with my timing of fieldwork. I think it conforms with generally accepted service qualities of Mickey D’s, don’t you think?

UPDATE: A couple of weeks after my initial review, I received an email from McD’s management asking me whether I had gotten my coupon yet. No, I said, I hadn’t. A few days later, a handwritten card with a coupon for a free Happy Meal arrived. I am vegetarian, so I couldn’t use it, but OK. The apology was nice. I haven’t been back since, with the exception of one time that I drove through to get a soda. Again, hard to understand these folks over the speaker, they don’t give you a total before you drive up, don’t say ‘thank you’. Since the end of December, I have changed my diet to include more whole foods and no processed, fast food or refined sugar so I have no need to go there now anyway.
