The service was horrible and when I asked for avacado I literally got 2 small pieces. I asked for more and got 1 more small piece of avacado. Staff was rude and they do not make the sandwiches well.

Ah, just okay I guess. Used to be a regular here and made decent sandwiches. Came in tonight around 6:30 waited for about three minutes as I could see/hear an employee in the back washing something. So I waited and then yelled loud enough; «Hello» waited another minute and left. It could appear someone was in the back sitting down washing something. Last time I got a sub from them(a few months ago) the bread didn’t taste all that fresh either. Go to the Subway near Luckys in Sebastopol, friendly staff and very clean, always someone to take your order.

I’ve been here twice and both times were equally horrible. They are so incredibly stingy with the cheapest ingredients like lettuce, and the employees are rude. I ordered a veggie delite and the employee who handled my cheese had previously been touching meat and didn’t change his gloves in between. That’s disgusting and cross-contamination. Won’t be back.

The girl with long black hair working 4:30 ish on 4÷10÷14 will get people SICK at Subway like what just happened to me. I should call the CDC and report her. Making two sandwiches should not require going into the back room for nothing and coming back, touching both open sandwiches tomatoes and cucumbers all over again, and wiping your gloved fingers on them! The cucumbers did not need repositioning! It was obvious but I had to tell myself it was not the intent of this girl There’s no reason to leave the sandwich once you start making it. I looked over behind to see where she went and there was an old wet floor towel draped over the sink she had potentially touched. I shrugged it off thinking she would never do anything like that, and ate the food. I’M SICK, I’M SOFLIPPINGSICK — DIARRHEA, NAUSEA, SORETHROAT — THEWORKS! DON’T EATHERE! THISSHOPISWHAT I CALLTHESUBWAYTERRORISTS! Girl with long black hair, semi-sweet chocolate color skin, pretty dark marble eyes, seems to be of Hispanic decent and in her 20’s: do not accept a sandwich from her!!! I even said«what did you do» when she got back from the back and she ignored me and continued to touch all over both finished sandwiches before closing them. I just could not accept that the obvious may had been happening. Why would a girl do that to some stranger? We were totally talking and being friendly, and it was the only time eating out for 3 weeks. I had no other contact points of potential contamination — and after eating this it was within 2 hours instant sickness after finishing the sandwich, and continued throat swelling and all. What will I do?!

Two scoops of tuna for a ft long? Is this really corporate standards? I understand the need to increase margins but to just skimp on everything(even lettuce) is just wrong…

Like the previous review, I too enjoyed a «wonderful» experience at this Subway. The 2 girls working there were full of attitude. So much so that the guy behind me in line asked one of the employees why they had so much attitude and she just rolled her eyes. I bet you make a lot of tips!(ya right)…anyway, the meat was not looking very fresh so I ordered a veggie delight. The bread was horrible and over toasted, they put barely any cheese on it and the avocado tasted bad. The spinach was wilted and there was way too much mayo and mustard. I got it home and had to throw half of it away. I have had a great experience at the subway over in Santa Rosa on Stony Point toward Hearn Ave. I will go there next time, it is only 5 minute longer drive and worth the difference!

Hi, I’d like a six inch veggie delight on wheat, but can you go light on the vegetables? I mean like REALLY light. I want nothing on there that’s more than one and a half inches in diameter and no more than two of each vegetable. Yes, that includes the olives. Okay, maybe four olives. Yes, that’s enough. And can you drench it in oil, too, and add like 30 times the amount of salt that most people would consider reasonable? I’m trying to raise my blood pressure. Thanks… Oh, your avocados are all mashed up in a little bin?! Do they include the bruised parts, and have they been sitting all day?! Awesome. That’s my FAVORITE way to eat avocados. This is so worth the extra charge! I hate fresh avocados. I also hate vegetables, even though I ordered a veggie delight, so I’m so glad you’re willing to put so few of them on my sandwich. What a great lunch this will be. I’m so happy. Also, I LOVE the temperature of your store! It’s really comfortable. The 85 degree weather outside was too cold, so I’m glad you keep your store at least 15 degrees warmer. I could stay here all day! I’m so glad I came in and bought a sandwich instead of burning my money in the parking lot, which was my original plan. Thanks Subway! You have a great day, too! Buh-bye. \(^O^)/ Best Subway ever!!!
