The Spa Gourmet

So perfect! So pampered! Trip prepared the perfect meal (Creole food! Yes please!) while we got massages from Cindy, with hot stones and lavender eye masks. They took care of every detail and made our vacation so easy, relaxing, and delicious! We’ll be back to wine country, and we’ll be booking with the Spa Gourmet!

Just book it. You won’t regret it in the least. My sister was looking for a massage therapist for my other sister’s bachelorette party weekend in Napa. I don’t regularly see a masseuse, but after meeting Cindy, I think I would end up giving her all my money.
First Cindy was super accommodating with the setup even though we were about 20 min late getting to the rental house we were staying at for the weekend. She set up her table and everything she needed while we figured out the lay of the land. My sisters went ahead of me and all of them came out in with that euphoric glow. My sister was also a little skeptical at first because she said usually female masseuses usually aren’t strong enough to really get in there. But Cindy some how used my sister’s body weight to really work out all her issues. All of them got so relaxed they fell asleep.
Needless to say I couldn’t wait to get in there. While I didn’t have the full body massage experience because I’m expecting, I had a fantastic pre-​natal massage. Cindy made sure that none of the massage oils were offended my hyper sensitive nose and fully explained what she was going to do during the session. Cindy worked out all the tension in my shoulders and arm from sitting most of the day in planes and cars. While I didn’t fall asleep, it felt like I had just taken the most amazing nap. Cindy was also so sweet as to give me a DVD she made a few years ago on infant massage. I can’t wait to try it out. Cindy also had this refreshing lemon cucumber water to round out the experience. I swear my morning sickness was better that day.
It’s really too bad I don’t live closer to Cindy because in one session she made us all completely comfortable and super relaxed, which was a perfect start to the weekend. I will definitely look her up next time I’m in the Napa area.
tl;dr: Book Cindy, don’t bother searching for anyone else.

I had an amazing experience with the Spa Gourmet! Everything was so perfectly thought out and prepared. I highly recommend this experience to anyone that loves to be pampered. It was just what we needed. Came away with a smile and feeling rejuvenated !! Thank you Trip and Cindy… you’re awesome!
