Me and my wife had our first Crêpe today! It was the bomb. Ultra crêpe food truck came to Green Valley middle school for our C3GV church grand opening! All i have to say is… They were the bomb! And my boi Tom! was awesome! Def should try a Crêpe!

So the actual crêpe(s) tasted good. Kids got a ham and cheese and a nutella crêpe– they ate every scrap. Adults got a vegetus & Ajuvar. Crêpe maker was fun to watch– the crêpe skillets are right at the bar so you can watch. Positives: many crêpe choices, good taste, can watch cook, and fast creation of order. Negatives: They have a bin out to bus something to, but serve on paper plates & the compostable forks and knives are floppy and hard to cut crepes with. Cheese was not melted on vegetus crêpe. Comments: portions are smallish– perfect for kids and a light lunch for adults. I would love the place more if the savory crepes were served with a small & simple mixed green salad on the side– like other crêpe shops I have been too. I would be happy to pay a few dollars more for this option. My little triangle crêpe looked ‘lonely’ on the plate, it needed something else next to it…

Christina is awesome, very friendly. And the crepes are delicious! Small, open kitchen with a great atmosphere. They have sweet and savory crepes, both tasted great! If you’re going with a friend, split a savory and a sweet one! Everything is made right in front of you and you can customize your own crepes. Would definitely go there again if in the area!

Nice, I’m looking forward to trying this place out again so I can taste one of the sweet crepes. For my first trip, I got the savory Crespella, with arugula, pear slices, gorgonzola chunks, and prosciutto. I would really not call myself a crêpe fanatic, but I thought this was pretty good! I really liked the stretchy, doughy texture of the crêpe itself, and the portion was pretty large, making it worth the $ 9. Ideally, I’d like a little more filling edging on more cheese and maybe a better distribution of ingredients, but it was still delicious when I brought it home, and the person making my crêpe was friendly. Overall great impression, and I’m for sure coming back!

Great crepes! I loved the lemon one with a little added nutella. Also the BLA was super tasty. And their location at the Barlow makes it a nice destination for lunch followed by other enjoyable activities that the Barlow has to offer. I’ve taken a crêpe togo and enoyed a glass of wine at Marimar Estate while I ate, was definitely a good idea.

Was enjoying a quaint day in the Barlow and was looking for a semi light snack in the late afternoon. Ran into the Ultra Crepes creperie while cruising around and it sounded like the perfect meal at that time. What a great call that was, we ended up trying three different savory crepes which were all distinct in their own way, but were all very delicious. Ordered the following crepes, and sorry about the caps, copied and pasted from their website. AJVAR [I-VAR] AJVAR(roasted bell peppers, eggplant and garlic sauce), FETACHEESE, PESTO, KALAMATAOLIVES $ 8.00 WILL’S CREPE — HAM, TURKEY, CHEESE, PESTO, GREENS $ 8.00 CRESPELLAPROSCIUTTO, GORGONZOLACHEESE, PEAR, BLACKPEPPER, GREENS, FRESHCREAM $ 9.00 As mentioned above, all were excellent, but some stood out more than others if I had to rank them, and one really took the cake if you ask me. Will’s Crêpe was an average good olé ham and pesto sandwich rolled into a crêpe, never can go wrong with that. The Ajvar crêpe was really tasty, great mixture of feta cheese greens with a nice garlic after taste. The winner though was the Crespella, it was a great blend of sweet(Pears) and tangy(Cheese) that came together wonderfully in the crêpe. I would hands down order it again in a heartbeat, that would be my suggestion for savory crêpe goers out there stopping by.

Good crepes, but the sweet ones are much better that the savory. I had the procuitto and goat cheese and it just didn’t go together well for me. My fiancé had a fruit crêpe and it was delicious.

Ultra Crepes at the Barlow serves up some wonderful savory and sweet creations. They have a small space with a large roll-up door that leaves their business completely open to the outdoors when open for business. There is a small walk-up counter with a few stools where you can walk right up, order and then watch your crepes being prepared right in front of you. For my savory Crêpe I chose the Crespella. Crespella, qu’est-ce que c’est? Well, Crespelle are simply Italian Crepes. The Crespella at Ultra Crepes is made up of Prosciutto, Gorgonzola, cheese, Pear, black pepper, greens and fresh cream. It was quickly prepared with fresh ingredients and then artfully folded into a six sided crêpe with the center open to reveal the greens and cream. All the flavors worked very well together with the pear being the perfect sweet balance to the salty prosciutto and Gorgonzola. I would definitely order this again. For my sweet Crêpe, I had the Banella which is made with Nutella, banana and whipped cream. It was simple sweet perfection. The hazelnut and chocolate flavors from the Nutella combined well with the banana and cream and was the perfect ending for my savory crêpe. Ever hear of Crêpe Suzette? In 1895(so the story goes) at a Café in Paris, Edward, Prince of Whales, was so thrilled with tasting the crespelle(at that time considered food for the poor) that he named them after his lady friend, Suzette. Makes perfect sense, oui? Prince of Whales, in France, orders Italian peasant food and names them after a beautiful French girl. All that really matters is that Crepes are wonderful and you should have some soon!

Dropped by here for a quick lunch; service was quick and efficient. Ordered the CHEESY B.L.A. which was pretty good except i think the AJVAR(roasted bell pepper, eggplant and garlic sauce) really over powered the rest of the flavors in the crêpe. Crêpe was super light and fluffy and love the kale greens that were on top of the crêpe. Was almost more like a salad crêpe and a great idea. Would prob. aim for a make my own crêpe next time i check this place out… this place is def worth another visit.

Ultra Crepes is a great new addition to the Barlow, with its unique spin on the ubiquitous French pancake. It’s unpretentious, with a friendly open kitchen. At the time, a young woman was training employees on the menu and crêpe-making; they also recently had their break. They’re very much a new business. Enormous jars of Nutella are prominently placed in the open kitchen. I went for the Ariel’s Special. It evokes the ethereal creature in Shakespeare’s «Tempest» set in the New World. Prospero could work magic in the kitchen. It’s a savory blend of goat cheese, avocado, kale, a perfectly fried egg(the yolk wasn’t fully cooked– so they got that right) and fresh cream with some freshly ground black pepper. They offer Sriracha for their savory crepes– fitting, since Laos, Vietnam&Cambodia were French Indochina. The fresh avocado added a California touch(calling it «California Crêpe» wouldn’t be that much of a stretch), but the kale would’ve benefited from some cooking, like being in the center of the crêpe as it cooks. Ultra Crepes fits the quirky, friendly character of Sebastopol.

The crepes are delicious, plus a very friendly staff! Christina was helpful in suggesting different crepes so that my group could share. Things got busy but she still was able to be very accommodating! The garden goat was especially delicious. I would also suggest the cinnamon roll, it tastes as delicious as it smells! Vegetarian and gluten free options also! Definitely a must go to in Sebastopol!

I loved the location inside the Barlow. Quaint. Hubby and I sat at the«bar» — beautiful curved redwood slab — and enjoyed a simple dessert done perfectly well with a fantastic crêpe-making master. :) I am terrible at remembering names but this young lady was so friendly and put up with our goofy moods. She was the proverbial«icing on the cake.» Hubby had his favorite — just strawberries, powdered sugar and whipped cream. We had just stopped Lao’s for strawberries and the ones in his crêpe didn’t disappoint! Me — the meyer lemon crêpe was seriously the best! I was naively unaware of this option in the past and usually found Nutella to be my choice. Quite possibly never again. So simple — brush of melted butter, sprinkling of sugar, meyer lemon juice squeeze freshly on top, dusted with powdered sugar. oh yum. Cannot wait to go back and try a savory option!

Stopped here today for the first time on my lunch break and it was delicious. They have a great selection to satisfy any sweet or savory craving. I usually go sweet but their savory crepes are straight up amazing. I love that you can build your own, they have a ton of options to customize your own crêpe. They use fresh ingredients and everything is made right in front of you. Plus it’s quick! They have great outside seating in a super cute atmosphere. I will definitely be going back here again and would highly recommend it!

The crêpe choices are great and you can«build your own«from their great variety of high quality ingredients. Try the buckwheat version! You won’t be disappointed! I was hesitant because buckwheat can often be too heavy or dense, but theirs is simply delightful! The staff was friendly and warm & the crepes are great.

Hello fellow Crepers! We have gratefully been to France and we have had the pleasure of eating the most decadent crepes imaginable there. Nothing seems to perfectly compare. But after making a last-minute trip to the Barlow(we often say Barlows) we were greeted by the kindest young man named Bear! He was SOSO nice to us, we were floored by his kind heart and open spirit. His crêpe making skills were fantastic and at artisan-level. Such a great place to eat at. They are located in an odd position though, next to the Sub Zero ice creamery, and they are a bit hard to see. So look for them, support them, and enjoy them! The deserve it… And I am sure, so do you! Well wishes and crêpe-filled dreams!~

Stopped by after a day at the beach with a hankering for something fresh and flavorful. My go-to’s for crepes have always been nutella if I want something sweet, and cheese with mushrooms and spinach if I’m wanting something savory. This time however, I had along my darling and citrus-loving better half, who had his stomach set for something both sweet and sour. Location is easily accessible, as pretty much everything is in the Barlow, as long as you can navigate the parking and foot maze. Store is small, with seating just for 4 or less at the pass bar, or outdoor seating in the courtyard. Walking in, you immediately get hit in the face with the luscious, buttery smell of crêpe batter, and then wafts of fresh strawberries, creamy chocolate, and sweet whipped cream beckon you in with promises of delight. Menu is separated sweet vs savory, with interesting flavor combinations beyond the traditional nutella and fruit. We opted for the Lemon Roll, which was butter, sugar, and fresh lemon, which was beautiful to watch being made, with effortless flick of the paddles and crêpe-handling skills. The end product smelled as good as it looked, but I was slightly left wanting more of it, with the sugar too crunchy, and the crêpe too bland for my tastes. Darling man however, was a big fan, and finished it with gusto. I have heard of ultra crepes being a mobile venture, where you can hire them to make their crepes at private events and parties, and I’m interested to try more, and see how they do next to culinary genius of Sub Zero… let the games begin!

This shop just opened up in the Barlow, and it’s really yummy! My husband got the Ultra with ham, I got the Cheesy B.L.A., and we split a Banella(banana Nutella). I’d recommend all three, and I am basing my review off of that. Oh, and their menu isn’t overwhelming, which I appreciate. Since it is a new business(even though the food truck version has been around for a while), I will comment on a few things that bothered me, but that could change once the business is established more: — the website needs some work — they didn’t take cards the day we were there, but they said their POS machine was on its way — their hours sometimes change randomly and you either get a sad surprise when you arrive to a closed shop or you have to check their FB in advance My sister and I are going to try it out again, and I hope we have as delicious of food as last time!

Fantastic price, the crepes taste amazing, and they have gluten free crepes! It’s a dream for me. One of the things I miss most about gluten. I will definitely be going back more. As a matter of fact, I’m on my way right now :0_
