The service was ok! My gel nails did not last at all and their prices are higher compared to most of the other local shops. However, the salon is very clean which is a plus.

About a year ago I got my eyebrows done and they were messed up. showed the owners but they didn’t seem to care. I shouldn’t of had to pay for it especially since I walked out upset with my eyebrows screwed up. was told to color of them inwith pencil so they looked like they matched! Were they on crack?

I have been getting my nails done for 14 years and this is the BEST look I have ever had. Cindy does the SNS(which is new) and I have had more compliments on my nails then ever before. I tried the other techs and was not pleased-stick with Cindy! Only reason for 4 stars is their pedicures… they are good but not the best Ive ever had.

I had to wait a while for my appointment due to a mixup, but once I got my manicure I felt it was worth the wait. I was with Cindy, and I got an SNS nail fill. She was fast, the nails were thin, light, and identically even, and it’s been about 1 ½ weeks and they look as perfect as ever. The location is a bit out of the way for me, but I am willing to make the trip for her prices($ 45SNS set, $ 35 for a fill). They also do waxing, eyelash extensions, facials, and got new pedicure chairs, which I’m excited to try. :) EDITED on 2÷12÷12: I now understand the review of DC, who said that they aren’t very friendly. After a couple more visits I decided to try the individual eyelashes, and I was really disappointed. When she led me into the treatment room, nothing was set up and her children’s coats and backpacks were all over the table I was supposed to lay on. She just sort of moved everything out of the way onto the floor, had me lay down, and didn’t even turn on the lights while she applied the lashes. I could have forgiven all of this is she did a good job, but I looked like a transvestite once she was done, and they started coming off in clumps before I even got on the train. The next morning I woke up and huge areas were missing, I looked completely crazy and had to go through the painstaking process of removal with baby oil(kind of painful, btw). She used WAY too much glue, I don’t think anyone has ever shown her the proper way to apply these. I called and she said I would get a credit(the treatment was $ 25) and when I came back in(with a friend!) she was kind of unpleasant to both of us and ended up only giving me a $ 15 credit. I am so bummed because when I first started going I was elated at how fast she was, what a good job she did, and her prices, but now I’m starting to see that she’s letting herself get stretched too thin. She shouldn’t offer most of the other treatments because she clearly doesn’t have time for them, she should stick to manis, pedis, and eyebrow waxes IMO. I think she doesn’t have enough help, so she has to rush through manis and leave other people waiting, and the quality of work has gone down plus customers are less satisfied(there was a woman getting a pedi when I came in, and she was soaking her feet and waiting the WHOLE time while my friend and I got our manis. I felt bad, she seemed really abandoned. The prices are good, but they ain’t THAT good, I still want service). Anyway, looks like I’m still searching for a reasonably priced nail salon in Philly that does SNS nails and has good customer service. Think I will try JFK nails next.
