If you go during late happy hour and sit at the bar, check your credit card statement carefully. I used my bank card on the 22nd at the bar and the next day there were 8 transactions at a Walmart in Woodbridge And a wine discount 2x in Edison all transactions totaling to $ 400DOLLARS. It was so bad that I dont even want to take the time to write a review. Slowest service. Dissapointing food(tyson anytizers), 1 hour buffalo fries, multiple birthday annoucements. The«marketing» guy who couldn’t take a hint to leave us alone and came back to our table over and over again talking gibberish and interrupting our conversation. Oh yeah and the glorious beer I finally ordered(after 2 drink specials in their menu were«not available») took 30 minutes and was $ 9. Needles to say it was quite far from a happy hour. The manager was at least empathetic.

–1 stars if possible! HORRIBLE, absolutely HORRIBLE service. I don’t even want to go into detail about the multiple times I had the same crappy waiter.

Great wings(my favorite flavors are Asian zing and honey BBQ)! Great, fun ambiance! We went on a game night so we had to wait a bit for seats. If you go during a big game night, be ready to wait for at least 30 – 40 min. Our waitress was very nice and super helpful! One thing I didn’t know was that if you are confused as to what wing flavor(s) to pick, they offer free sample tasting of as many flavors as you will like. They bring out a small batch of fries along with small amounts of the requested flavors. Try it out!

WINGS well what can I say I love wings and I must say that BDubs has always been my go to spot. Ive been to BDubs just about all over the east coast NJNYVAGA never had a complaint. Secaucus location I have been coming to on and off over the past few years and have noticed a very slow decline. It has its moments but in my experiences its best to eat in at this location. 1. Staff has always been attentive, courteous and swift. 2. Food has always been top notch, I have never gotten sick or had any off feeling after eating here. 3. Facility was always clean, room temperature settings have always been perfect and bathrooms are squeaky clean. As far as pick up goes now that’s a different story. Again I have used the pick up service as well in different states. Secaucus location by far has been the worst. Portions are skimped dramatically. Aside from the wing count. On my last pick up just yesterday The waitress opened the boxes in front of me to show me that everything was there which I thought was great that they did that. Upon inspection I noticed that the fries were just a small child’s handful looked old, stale, soggy and were cold. Onion rings destroyed. The bacon cheeseburger and the pulled pork burger looked as if it was just slopped into the box then shook morbidly to ensure all the contents of the box were well mixed. On the plus side after getting home and having to assemble everything together I must say still tasted pretty good so ill give them that much. 2 orders of wings as well traditional Asian zing and medium absolutely amazing loved every bit of it. Yeah yeah I know cold food could of been caused by sitting in the box while waiting to be picked up, but I live just about 5 mins from the location and the food was destroyed and cold upon inspection just a few minutes later which was kind of odd to me cause I have to wait like 20 mins to get my order while eating in and on pick up it was ready in what seemed like seconds. I brought these issues up at the counter when I picked them up and they offered to either re heat the food and or get new items which Is a big plus but I just didn’t have the time. All in all its a decent location can’t go wrong I will come back again to eat but I will give the pick up order and second thought next time. PS: BWW Your online ordering system sucks.

My daughter loves wings so we finally decided to try it out. What a disappointment. The boneless wings taste like cheap frozen nuggets. All the fuzz was Pizza Hut makes better boneless wings. Can’t say we will be back again!

Food is typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Workers are inattentive, rude, and outright ghetto.

Amazing wings. Let’s you mix it up. Great service and lots of TVs to watch games. Nice outdoor seating for summer days and nights.

Overpriced freezer food and room temperature beer on tap which is just confusing. Seriously though who charges $ 10 for boneless wings that probably came from a TGI Fridays freezer bag purchased at Costco. Only positive was the friendly waiter however he forgot to bring us the sides we ordered.

I really like this place. Ive only been to this BWW. Last night was my second time there. I really enjoyed the food and feel that this place has a very relaxed and welcoming environment. The service is good, although I liked last night’s server better than the first one we had, a week ago. The food is great for what it is. It can get a little crowded, but one can take two positives from it: 1. The food is fresh, as it’s always circulating. 2. People must be coming for a reason. The Food: BWW is obviously known for their wings. For me, the reputation is well earned. I really LOVE their boneless wings. I’d venture to say that they’re the best I’ve ever had, not that I’m any kind of connoisseur. The traditional are certainly up to snuff, as well. BWW offers a wide variety of sauces for their wings. I think that’s awesome because it goes beyond the regular Buffalo or BBQ. To that point, I’d say I’m a fan of the Parmesan. I also love the medium buffalo sauce! I’m not too much for spice, so I haven’t ventured into the hotter sauces. My wife likes the BBQ sauce. I tried one of her wings and liked it as well. Sampler App is awesome! Cheese Curds are fabulous and the wings traditional/boneless are must haves. The Big Jack Daddy Burger is a thing of beauty. Bring your appetite for that one. I’m not much of a drinker, but BWW has a wide variety of beers on tap and afford the choice of a regular pint or tall glass! That’s awesome. They have all the best aspects of a cool homey sports bar with delicious food to boot! I’ve really enjoyed coming to BWW with my family and watching the Yanks on their awesome huge HD TVs. This place makes me happy and has thus far supplied two enjoyably memorable experiences. I expect to follow that up with many more!

I’m a person who loves wings. So of course I stopped by good ol bdubs for some wings with a few friends. I’ve got to say, you can not go wrong with the wing choices here. They have an assortment of flavors to choose from, all are tasty. I usually order parmesan garlic wings, mango habanero, Asian zing, or Thai curry yum! I’ve tried the blazin wings they have, and they are hot af! I wouldn’t suggest ordering those if you want to enjoy the rest of your wing flavors. This place is usually packed. Filled up with people watching the games eating and drinking. They have promos, Wing Tuesday’s and Boneless Thursday for those of you who can’t resist some good wings. Bdubs also has a bitchin happy hour. You can’t go wrong here. I left here satisfied. The place was clean, the waitress was a babe, and i left with a full stomach. If you like beer, sports, and wings stop by your local bdubs. Tell em yo boy sent ya.

Decent BDubbz location. Service has been okay. My only complaint is that they love dishing out ranch even though I asked for blue cheese. Our waiter told us that night was a rough night for him. He could’ve been a little friendlier, didn’t even tell us his name however, our previous visit was pretty good. Out of all the times that I’ve been to a Buffalo Wild Wings location, I’ve never had any wait staff offer us samples of the sauces. I’ve also never had any other BWW location do raffles, but it could also be the due to the different times that I’ve gone. They have outdoor seating for warmer weather just in case you don’t care to watch anything on the TV’s. Can’t go wrong visiting on a Tuesday or Thursday for the deal!

The food and the service were good. All the different flavored wings are real good too. It’s a busy atmosphere and all the tv’s on different channels keep you entertained. I liked that it’s family friendly. The prices were decent.

We waited for 20 minutes for a table even though there were 9 tables open. Seems like servers just stand around instead of trying to have a flow in the restaurant. We could not wait anymore and left.

We came here for our evening outing on a Friday! It was my good bye dinner with my roomies! The service from Michele was great. The appetizer sampler was ok! The mozzarella sticks didn’t have any cheese in them, the nachos didn’t have much cheese and the jalapeños were very old/dried! The wings were perfect, fresh, and delicious. Love the Asian sauce and the lemon garlic dry rub! This location has a million tvs, great for watching games!

Have come here a few times in the past few years since it opened. Conveniently located in the Harmon Mills Mall area across the street from BJ’s and Walmart right off Route 3. The parking lot is a decent size but if you come on a weekend or during a football game you probably will have a hard time. There’s a host/hostess that seats you when you come in, never had to wait too long for a table. Normally seated at the high-top tables with stools which is okay, further in the back. Staff is attentive and most recently has been requesting more feedback. Another customer service friendly feature I liked during my last visit was being able to taste/try a buffalo wing sauce. Last week, I tried the Mumbai Masala and it was by far the best of three sauces we ordered! We also had the mango habanero(sweet super spicy, will kick your mouth) and chipotle dry rub — worth a try. I’ve had an array of the hottest sauces both dry and wet. Never disappointed but not as much a fan of the portions with the boneless wings. They calculate by weight and sometimes give you mini wings(stubs compared to other wings). The queso sauce that comes with the pretzels is spicy and definitely order the honey mustard in addition. The fried pickles aren’t that great, too much coating. The veggies — carrots and celery — that come with wings are always frozen which is a turn off. You can tell due to the amount of water left in the container over the course of a meal. Prices are pretty steep especially for the drinks. I have never come for a happy hour or for a particular game so I cannot speak to that. Overall, its an ok place for typical bar type food but very loud due to the numerous tv screens playing multiple games at once.

My first time eating at BWW. I heard wonderful things about their wings and the sauces. My friend and I got there 6:45pm and was able to take advantage of the happy hour that ended at 7pm. We got $ 4 domestic draft beer. Happy hour is from 4pm to 7pm, then starts again at 10pm. We also ordered $ 4 happy hour starter. We got the soft shell taco. It was 3 tacos with chicken. It was good but way too much salt. I ordered the small size traditional wings which is 10 pieces for $ 12.99. Other than snack size, both traditional and boneless are the same price. Snack size traditional wings are about $ 2 less than the boneless wings, about $ 9. snack(5 pieces) with 1 sauce — $ 8.99 small(10 pieces) with 2 sauces — $ 12.99 medium(15) with 3 sauces — about $ 17(can’t remember exact price) large(20) with 4 sauces — $ 24.99 The size of the wings are decent. The sauces are already on the wings. There were about 20 sauces to choose from. The wings come with carrots and celeries and a pick between blue cheese or ranch. 3.5 stars only because the wings are pricey. The service was good. Very attentive. They had a eating contest, to eat 10 pieces of wings with the hottest sauce within 6 minutes for $ 14. If you win, the wings are not free. Instead you get a t-shirt and your picture on their small tv. Best time to go is Tuesdays for discounted traditional wings and Thursdays for discounted boneless wings. Definitely a good place to watch a game. TVs everywhere!

Got to know this store in NJ early this year and eventually I came back in September with a group. Can say both times we had lots of fun and nice waiter and waitress service. BWW is a thematic US futebol chain focused on chicken wings and similar with a great variety of spices. You get to order a size or chicken portion, bone or boneless for premium, and you can choose spice selections from sweet/mild to hot as Vegas in the Summer! There are some happy hour or promo days where you can get a bigger size or discount(check their website for availability). I recommend getting 3 to 6 spice types depending on the size of your group and some ale selection to later. I usually get a Blue Moon and you can get several other imports and the US regulars, no issue about that, found very good selection. If you unsure about ordering size and types, please, take your time to ask waiters about it, they were always helpful to me so I don’t screw up ordering buckets of chicken(damn you Coronel Sanders!) Loving potatoes, you can’t go wrong with BWW wedges. Those are baked, I guess, crispy and crunchy with no excess oil to go with wings!

I grew up in the midwest living off B-dubs. This was such a disappointment. I came for a beer and a few wings. They have a huge selection of beers on the menu, but in reality they don’t have a majority of the beers they advertise on the menu. I asked for five different beers before they had one I wanted. Service was also a bit lacking, but the wings were great. The management needs a reality check here; where’s corporate?

Decided to give this place a chance and must say this is a one and done deal. Definitely wouldn’t come back. Our waitress, Jackie, was nice but that’s the only good thing at BWW. We came in really late and were seated right away. Had a long day and really just needed to grab a bite. Our waitress greets us and informs us of the happy hour still going $ 3 apps and drinks, yes please! I ordered a Captain & diet coke, it was Pepsi. so not the same, but whatever. We put in an order for the roasted garlic mushrooms, which were the perfect bite size and the sauce was pretty good for a chain restaurant. I ordered a burger medium rare, what a disappointment. First off it was so well done that it was pretty much was hard as a rock. The cheese seemed barely melted the bacon seemed as if it had been cooked earlier and then just reheated. The jalapeños were raw and chunky. The only reason I even ate it was because I was hungry. The fries seemed old and chewy. Ugh thinking of that meal actually makes me sick to my stomach. The buffalo wings were not the greatest either. You would think with your name that you would actually have outstanding wings but that’s not the case here, the sauce on them was great but that’s where the excitement ends. I would not come back, unless it’s for drinks and maybe apps. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
