Best local dive bar. Karaōke on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Staff is always friendly, as well as the regulars. They have a sign that says, «there are no strangers here, only friends that haven’t met yet.» That definitely fits the atmosphere at Charlie’s. They have a kitchen, which is to say they can make anything fried you want. But I think most folks come here for the affordable drinks and the atmosphere. They also have drink specials during the week.

Cold beer, nice people, reasonable prices. Don’t miss Dan’s fries, karaōke nights, or Guitarro performing. Bar staff is very friendly and welcoming.

If you love hole in the wall places then don’t miss this gem. Very friendly. Very cheap… Food is mostly freezer to fryer but the drinks are cheap and the people are nice. Jeannette was the server and she couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly to an out-of-towner.

One of the place a lot of ppl call *Home* Cause that’s exactly how the workers and bartenders make you feel. You can be there one time and feel like you have been going there your whole life. The foods actually really good, and cheap you can get 12 wings for 6 bucks and a cheesesteak with fries for 7. You can be there one time and feel like you have been going there your whole On Monday’s and Tuesday’s they have dollar 50 drafts and bucket deals on Wednesday. From Thursday to Saturday they don’t offer any specials but they fill that void with karaōke and live performances including once or twice a year burlesque shows. They have events regularly including sailor Jerry and Jack Daniels promotions. However if your looking for a ritzy spot to get a Cosmos or Martinis good luck, it’s a simple place for the simple man.

Bar none… no pun intended… my favorite dive bar in the country. Cheap ass beers on tap, 1 pool table which means you wait your turn and meet great local patrons. Phenomenal wings, and staff that makes you feel like you are a local immediately. Slap a 20 on the bar and they will budget your drinks and your change wont be touched by a soul. CANNOT recommend this place more!

*cash only!* Charlies is one of those holes in the wall that you will actually have a good time at. The place isn’t exactly high class, but theres a pool table and other random games to play. Oh yeah, and if you feel like you have an amazing voice… they even have karaōke nights! And pretty good specials on buckets of bottles on Weds nights. Cheap drinks, bartenders that are down to earth and very social and entertainment . Ive heard the food is pretty good too! come down if you’re looking for a shit show and wanna have a good convo with some characters.

Small place. Cheap drinks. went on a Friday night and crowd seemed sparse. We went much later in the night, but it seems more like a local hangout than a place people would travel to for a night of drinking — which is fine for me. Very sparkly inside. Mirrors, some sparkly things hanging from the ceiling, golden lighting. Mixed crowd which ranged from young adults, to big burly bikers to hipsters with tattoos. Although one night can’t explain the entire culture of a place, it did seem pretty chill with everyone just minding their own business with their specific group. The bar encircled the cash register so there isn’t much room between the back of your seat and the wall. If you have friends who happen to be gingerbread men, this would be an ideal place to bring them. I guess it used to be a strip club which explains the circular bar design. Staff seemed really cool.

Charlie’s is a great local bar, interesting people, awesome staff, great for a drink after work, or a night to relax. Get a group of friends together and head on over, pool table, and free darts. Karaōke on the weekends. It’s a great local town staple, always with a friendly face. The owners daughter who runs the place is super cool!
