CrossFit Secaucus

I want to thank Eddie Maresca (My PT) for having the patience of a saint with me and driving me to be better :). I will be 47 this summer and I have never worked out like this before. 2 and a half months ago I met Eddie and we instantly clicked and I knew he would help me change my outlook on working out. I am stronger and I can feel the difference week by week. I look forward to many more sessions with Eddie as he truly has changed my view on working out :)

Great trainers and friendly environment. The trainers know the physics behind each lift and will make sure your movements are efficient. This place is great for any level — whether you’re just getting into fitness or you’ve been working out for years, check this place out.

I am always looking foward to this class… Rob and Eddie are amazing coaches. They teach you proper form. The hours are great and they really keep the place super clean! I am very happy that i joined.

Cross-​fit is very much a game-​changing workout that has helped me get stronger and increase endurance. Additionally, it was a much needed alternative to my regular running and yoga routines. At Secaucus Crossfit, Eddie and Rob design full body workouts that are intense, personally challenging, and fun. Yes fun. With their leadership, teaching and support, you’ll find that you are getting results and have a great time, while doing it.

I was skeptical about cross-​fit as I heard that the likelihood of injury was high. This turned out to be a non-​issue. Rob and Eddie are great trainers giving great individual attention to ensure that your form is correct and you’re doing the exercises right. The workouts are a great, motivating mix and you never get bored.
Show up is all you have to do. These guys ensure you’re on your way to getting stronger and healthier! Professional and fun guys to work with.

I have been to so many Gyms and I have done several home workouts such as P90X, Insanity and P90X3 but Crossfit is the game changer especially when working with team and you compete with each other. Eddie and Rob are the best trainers as they workout with us while explaining safety measures and right technique. When I started I was thinking I will stop in 1 month but that didn’t happen and I am getting strong day by day at Crossfit Secaucus. Thanks Eddie and Rob. God bless.

There are so many great things I can say about CrossFit Secaucus. I always look forward to what is in store for me at each class which I’ve never felt with any other previous workout I’ve done. Our coaches Rob and Eddie have a great sense of humor and make every workout enjoyable but also productive at the same time. They are both great at what they do and constantly encourage and motivate you to achieve things you never thought you could. They are always there to help in any way they can — whether its help getting on a band to do pull ups or advice on nutrition — no matter what you are uncertain of they are always there to give their expert advice. For these reasons and many more, I am so happy to have found them. I recommend anyone in the area who is looking for an awesome workout to try a free trial class like I did — it is such a friendly environment and everyone is welcome!

Eddie/​Rob really understand how to get the most out of you. I am pretty averse to workouts and tend to rather focus on wo 1000
rk instead. However Eddie/​Rob really make sure you get to class and run you through the workout and you end up being the better for it. They realize how far you can go and customize your work out to make the most of your time there.
Having been burnt by gym memberships in the past these guys are the real deal. Rarely do you get a such dedicated lot. Count me sold — even if it means getting me in there kicking and screaming :).

Words cannot express how thankful I am for the awesome coaches: Eddie & Rob. I came to crossfit with a bodybuilding background but had the desire to challenge myself and I knew that crossfit was it.
Both coaches are professional and extremely knowledgeable to ensure that we understand the basics of every move for safety. That to me is a huge plus because to see such dedication and patience to teach is truly a mark of two great leaders (Eddie & Rob). Can’t say enough about these guys. They have helped me loose weight, build strength and confidence in my ablity to do things I never thought I could. ie. dead lift 155 pounds. Just fantastic! They are very knowledgable and will answer any questions you have about working out, eatig right and they will push you in a positive way to reach your goals. Come and try them out soon. You will not be disappointed.

I just had my first session with Eddie, it was great, he is very knowledgable and really asses your fitness level. I bought a good size package with them and I know it will be worth every penny. For any one who is looking to improve themselves these guys will help you achieve your goals. Fitness and nutrition are very important to them. They want their clients to get the most out of the sessions and their knowledge. Both Rob and Eddie are nice and motivating. Eddie was not drill sergeant-​esque but definitely got my best out of me. I would recommend these trainers to anyone! They do privates and classes!

I’ve been with SNCO since Aug 2012… My initial goals were to loose weight and get toned for my upcoming Nov 2012 wedding… After attending just a couple of the classes, I was impressed with how I mentally started to feel. A short 3 ½ months later with there hard training I dropped 20lbs and more than 10 inches off my measurements. I feel more confident and look the best I have ever looked with muscle definition I had never seen before.
The intensity of the workouts are great. They really helped me reach my fitness goals. I continue to work out at SNCO. Both coaches Rob and Eddie are great and motivating. Highly recommended!

As an athlete and former amateur, competing body builder I can attest to the high-​level of fitness programing that you get at SNCO. I must admit, before trying it out, I was skeptical; however, after training just

I felt more energized, and more physically challenged than I ever did using traditional gyms/​training methods. it doesn’t matter whether you’re a beginner or a world-​class athlete; male or female. All you need to do is show up to one of the classes and get started. Coach Eddie and Rob will ascertain your fitness level and provide you with a challenging, yet suitable training program in order for you to achieve your personal fitness goals and still have fun doing it. They’re extremely knowledgeable and accommodating when it comes to your individual/​training needs. Not only that, they are extremely passionate about helping you optimize your fitness levels.
If you’re in the Greater New York City area this the perfect place to go to! Overall, it’s a great environment to train both as an individual, and in group settings. I highly recommend SNCO if you want to get results!

It makes an incomparable difference training with 2 coaches who have both been faced with adversities making dramatic changes in their appearance than hiring a trainer who are genetic freaks & have never dieted or ate properly in their career/​existence. Both are very passionate and will focus on your individual goal weather losing weight, increasing stamina, improving flexibility or even putting on muscle. I have trained with both trainers & highly recommend them as they are passionate & very knowledgeable in fitness. It is definitely worth while scheduling a free class to get a feel for what SNCO is about & how they can tailor a program which will put you in the right direction.
