We’ve taken our cars to Steve and Vinnie for ~20 years. Couple times we’ve bought used cars or gotten past the point of keeping up. That’s when they really shine. They do excellent work: first-rate diagnostics for steering, A/C, electrical. They are absolutely honest. I took in an ’86 Oldsmobile in the early 2000s and told Steve, «Spend money on it.» He found a list of things that needed renewal. Plus a tuneup that got the Olds through inspection with numbers better than most new cars.(The Olds had a very expensive pollution system.) For a 1994 Mustang that went to a new radiator, brakes around, belts and hoses, ignition wires and more. Close to $ 1,800 and justifiable because the car had 60K on it with a drive train and body that were like new coming back from California. Now that car is likely good for 150,000 miles. I can’t imagine you’ll find a better garage, better people to work with.

Mike’s may have retired, but I(or my car rather) was seen by Steve. The shop is easy to miss; don’t expect neon signs. And its a small garage, with 2 lifts. But Steve was an honest repair man. He didn’t charge me for diagnosing the problem and explained exactly what needed to be done
